Found a hair in my burger today pretty much disgusted me..quality isn’t the same as the new one on Mooney it’s only pros here is that drive thru is faster but I guess the wait and drive is better.. won’t be back at this location anymore

This store specifically gets 5 stars because of their amazing staff and fast service. Always have a good experience when I go, which is a lot. I go at least 3 plus times a week sometimes and everytime I'm meet with friendly service. For people who probably deal with a lot of nasty and rude customers, they sure don't act like it. I love this jack in the box in particular

Very unhappy with this jack in the box everytime we go order food for our family we always have to end up going back because we don’t get everyone’s food. They are notorious for this and you’d think with how much we spend they would get everyone’s food and get it right. Need better people working there and better management this is ridiculous!
