Very unhappy with this jack in the box everytime we go order food for our family we always have to end up going back because we don’t get everyone’s food. They are notorious for this and you’d think with how much we spend they would get everyone’s food and get it right. Need better people working there and better management this is ridiculous!

Ordered on the app and there was no one in line but annoying how I still was told to wait on the side because now I can't just ask for something at the window rather ask and wait for them to bring back but food was great and service was nice

Terrible service, the person who served us refused to continue taking our order, he is rude, if you want to experience racism this is the place, we just started speaking Spanish and we felt the hostility of the cook, we will definitely never return to this place

This Jack in the box is very good from 8am till 9pm very polite no problems but from like 10 pm till 3am there always problems, this girl I don’t know her name but she is white no rasict but she is very rude yea I get if your having a bad day but if your a “manager”you should keep your problems to yourself,I don’t complain besides now because she always has a problem quit girl if you can’t handle it.

Went this morning and waited 20 min for a loaded breakfast combo got a small curly fries and the bread wasn't even toasted go threw the drive threw to get your food and go they have you waiting dont recommend going to this jack in the box
