Worst service ever !! Not only did they not answer the phone at a low volume time, but they took forever !!! They even forgot to give me my drinks, I had to ask for them, on top of the wait my food was cold. I’ve never been to a Jack in the box that serves cold food. Never coming to this location again !!!!

The ranch tasted like vinegar and I paid 2 dollars for 4 ranch. The other jack in the box on tulare street gives sauce for free if you want extra, sure they might be a little racist, but at least they have good ranch.

I order the #9 classic smash jack, and the lady gave me a #7smash jack. I told it is to separate things and then she insure that I was in the wrong. Then I sat eating a decent burger and then some minor walked up to me and tried to eat my burger.

Very unsanitary literally had to ask for my money back cuz I watched how they made my meal with the same gloves that they take your money with the same gloves they use to make your food with .. that's very unsanitary food can not be used with the same gloves u use money with I will never eat at this jack it the box again

Sitting in line for 25 minutes is not FASTFOOD. ALL JAVK IN THE BOXes are taking 15 mins or longer to get your food or thru the drive thru. I'm not sure if this is due to thier new product the wings but it's extremely frustrating when your in a bit of a hurry and your a sitting duck for 25 mins. I wont be going to any jack in the boxes untill they get thier timing under control
3am and waited in line 15+ min drive thru. Good location and staff was friendly.

Honestly the only reason to stop for fast food anymore is if you're starving and you don't have any other choice, the prices are just way too high, I almost always eat from home because it is so expensive to stop anymore.

The jack in the box on Mooney in tulare was kicking butt late at night. I guess five days before this post haha. Food was so good and the people were really nice and got us out in decent amount of time. Great job guys

Slowest Jack in the box!!
This is an edit to my previous review about how slow this place is. They replied to my review saying to give them another chance and I did. I ordered a carry out order on my mobile to ENSURE that I didn't have to wait like last time. It said that it would be ready in 8 to 10 minutes so I went in and waited for my order. After arriving I waited 15 minutes in the lobby for them to tell me that I didn't. Notify them that I had arrived and my food hadn't been started. So I patiently waited a very LONG 30 minutes for my food to be done. It doesn't make any sense as top why I have to notify them that I arrived. The point of carry out is ZERO contact and I did this option as I was sick. They also forgot to give me my curly fries. All in all this place is TERRIBLE and I won't ever eat here again.
Update to my update I arrived at home just to find out that they ALSO forgot 2 sausage croissant with my order. I called to let them know and the manager was EXTREMELY rude about their mistake. Asked me for all kinds of confirmation to ensure they were missing. My children where so hungry and I had to drive back just for them to take long again. Katie was very rude and after the call she didn't come to speak to me about my order. She just went in her office to hide. This place is on the nicest side of town and hired the wrong people. I get way better service at the Jack in the Box on Tulare st.
