Got my order wrong we ordered full meals and loaded tacos and what do we got no fries in one meal that I pay full price and no loaded tacos instead I got Frida with cream ketchup and idk what more in it that almost make me throw up and the wait men to be a new restaurant I expected more

We ordered a couple menu items for dinner here and they couldn't even get our order right at all. It took forever for them to even get our order out (they were extremely slow, including the manager and there was literally no one there at all), the soda machine was completely out of everything, the tacos were all soggy and all drenched in taco sauce even though our order clearly said NO TACO SAUCE (thanks for that mess up cause I couldn't even eat mine due to an allergy to the sauce), our milkshakes were all made wrong (they were the wrong size and the wrong flavors and sadly it was the manager who was the one making them all), the fries were all soggy and cold (as if they sat there all day), the nuggets were all hard and had a bad taste to them, the new monster cheese stick had a weird taste to it and it wasn't even warm at all it was already cooled down so we didn't get to enjoy the cheese pull or anything except for a sad spongy texture to it. This was a waste of our time and money, and it was a big disappointment since this location is semi new and should be way better than this. The manager definitely needs more training including the other employees. We definitely won't be back to this location ever again and I won't recommend this location to anyone either!

The wait in the drive Thur is a joke the food I ordered was wrong and my food was cold by the time they fixed my order the curly fries was the crumbs on the bottom of the bag tasted like the frying oil needed to be changed

I can’t not believe how long it takes to make one small meal. Waited FOREVER to get my food. They should hire more people with brain cells that won’t forget my stuff. They forgot my fries and hamburger and my other drink. Jack and the box. HIRE MORE PEOPLE WITH BRAIN CELLS THAT AREN’T STANDING AROUND AND FORGETTING PEOPLES FOOD

Came to get food from drive thru and some female was rushing me like I was wasting time while ordering, cutting me off mid sentence and came off annoyed when I asked a question, it sounded like she sighed or puffed at some point. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but She came across unprofessional and rude. After a long time of waiting she shoved my food in my hand no smile no thank you just pure attitude. I didn’t catch her name just she was fair skinned bigger girl and I thinking of asking what was her problem but not even worth it. Still This is not the kind of service anyone expects when spending their money. If this is how staff is being trained management should step in because it leaves a horrible impression. And As for the food it doesn’t taste as good as it looks in the menu pictures.

The ranch tasted like vinegar and I paid 2 dollars for 4 ranch. The other jack in the box on tulare street gives sauce for free if you want extra, sure they might be a little racist, but at least they have good ranch.

I order the #9 classic smash jack, and the lady gave me a #7smash jack. I told it is to separate things and then she insure that I was in the wrong. Then I sat eating a decent burger and then some minor walked up to me and tried to eat my burger.
Obscenely overpriced. $7-$8 for any sandwich by itself. Sandwich was lukewarm.

Very unsanitary literally had to ask for my money back cuz I watched how they made my meal with the same gloves that they take your money with the same gloves they use to make your food with .. that's very unsanitary food can not be used with the same gloves u use money with I will never eat at this jack it the box again
