Have to use a machine to order and nothing is explained what's not available. I had to ask someone why they didn't have the Peanut butter moo'd on the menu and was told they didn't have the ingredients. Ordered Peach Perfection and was really tarty.
Make sure you have other payment options other than cash since you have to use the machine. This takes away the customer experience since its harder to make your drink personalized and can't ask questions on recommendations or what's available. Just not the same anymore. The business just wants a quick transaction and try to cut cost as best they can.
Always delicious. Overpriced, but a nice treat every once in a while.

My fine shyts order was messed up when she was trying something new, the smoothie bowl looked like there wasn’t enough love and effort put behind it 😤. Will be back and hopefully my pumpkin pie is happy 🫡
I’m always a little confused on why this Jamba always has the bathroom out of order or why they don’t take cash.

This is the 2nd time I order the acai primo bowl. I'm not sure if they are unaware on how to make the bowls, but both times me and my husband pretty much get a milkshake with a spoon. If we wanted a smoothie or milkshake we would of ordered it that instead.I spoke with someone who identified herself as the manager, Alexis, I believe. She was nice and offered a free bowl. However, an acai bowl should always be thick, I shouldn't have to request "extra thick." As mentioned.
Been going to this Jamba Juice for years and never had an issue. Idk if the cashier samantha ann has an issue with me but the last couple of time I've been in there I've gotten a very weird dry vibe from her. Ordered a ginger shot the bottled ones they have and she said they didn't have any only the fresh ones she'd have to make. I don't know what she put in there but it was extremely bitter. My pregnant sick wife had most of it but I was able to try a little sip. I also ordered a large smoothie and I asked to split in to 2 cups it's on the receipt when i got the order I said I asked for a split cup. The. She offered me just an extra cup. I really hope my wife doesn't have a bad reaction to the ginger shot.

The drinks are delicious. The reason why I gave 1 star is because their ac does not work. I asked if it's getting fixed. The employees informed their employer over a month ago and still no progress. "According to OSHA, the employer must provide a safe comfortable place to work. If there's no AC, the employer is violating the OSH ACT".It does not take over a month to fix this issue.
