Got to kfc at 7:03pm made my order at 7:20pm was told that my wing will take another 7min….like really? They was more worried about cleaning and closing then customer service. They prioritize driver thru and mobile order and not the people that dined in and take out. I didn’t get my food until 7:41pm. Do better Tulare this is why I go to Visalia.

At this date and time 4:50pm 08-06-25 we went to the prosperity location, had the best customer service with the assistant Manager and the cleanest KFC I have ever seen. I don't usually put reviews, but this place is clean and food was great. Thank you Thank you thank you 😊 🙏 ☺️.

7/17/25 4:30pm I went through drive thru. After I paid and received my drinks I was informed that it would be a four minute wait for fries. I was told to pull over in the drive through and they would bring out my order. Twenty minutes past and I had to watch other people receive their orders and I was still waiting. I ended up calling the restaurant to see what was going on. I did finally receive my order after that as well as two free cakes which I do appreciate. But my chicken type was wrong. I asked for original and received extra crispy. But I should have to call just to receive my order. Doesn’t make me want to come back. Especially in drive through.

Customer service was amazing today 6/17/25 at 10:24am. Made an order through the app and forgot to modify no corn on the famous bowl so I called and the gentleman who answered was very kind and took my request no problem. Food was hot but so greasy and very poor quality. Service was HORRIBLE. All workers stayed in the back and did not come to the front counter for at least 30 minutes. They took forever making my one item order. Front lady kept walking away with our money and in the middle of me speaking. Very rude. Fire those girls!!!

Did a mobile order earlier today. Once we arrived to pick up the order the workers seemed like they didn’t want to attend to the customers. They need a course in customer service. Besides that, they forgot to add my biscuits to my order. I understand mistakes happen, but I live across town and it is a hassle for me to have to come all the way back.
