Everything is fine except that they have loud music and they don't listen to what you want and they also receive orders through door dashing, they don't send the complete things

Ask for a popsicle of eggnog with raisins, they gave it to me with all the ice how old it was, the girl realized that it was in bad condition, it tasted like pure ice old

Stood under the “Order Here” for a solid 15 minutes and no one approached me to take my order. I can understand they were busy but what I do not understand is how a guest who already ordered was able to approach the counter and order again & im still standing there waiting to order in the designated order area.

This used to be one of my favorite spots for mangoneadas. Quality used to be good and decent servings. Large mangoneadas are$10.25. If im gonna pay that much,I wanted well served with the topping and scoops that it goes with. I was un happy with my last mangoneada not enough scoops or mango toppings. I opened it as I walked outside and there was a lot of empty space not enough mango sherbert. I had to go back and tell them and put a whole scoop to make it right. They are friendly but if you know (bussiness)product is not being served as stated.(i asked how many scoops on large one). You gonna loose bussiness. By the way there was a slivered almond on mangoneada and pieces of pit dont know if they blend other stuff. Thank God I'm not allergic to almonds. Please michoacana don't go cheap on Quality,if you have to increase price do it. If you have trouble serving the ice cream dip scoop in hot water dont short customers.

We ordered tostilocos and cucumber water, they were both very good and the customer service was great. Comparing to other places the prices were good for the portions that we received. Everything tasted fresh, we enjoyed it.

BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! My first time going to this place we Went 10 minutes before closing time 9:00pm and the lady closed the door right infront of my husbands face ! management needs to do something about their employees.

Very good service, wide variety of natural snow flavors, very clean and friendly staff.

Negative 5 stars. They finally have nice girls working there I will say that, however the environment is super dirty, and I’m sorry but I just don’t get the hype ? I don’t like any of the items sold. It’s my fault really for coming after I’ve told myself not to come. The ice cream is like watered down, idk ??‍♀️ it’s a hard pass for me. Gold star ⭐️ for better employees though ??

This place has great desserts and lots of sweet treat creations. This is a Mexican creamy but they have something for everyone. They offer samples of any flavor ice cream/sherbet you'd like to try so you always know what you're getting. The staff was generous, kind and attentive.

Went for corn in a cup and the corn was old . It looks more than a day old. Not okay. I love their tostilocos and most of their ice cream but this is not okay.

The mangonadas here are awesome. Plenty of great Mexican desserts
