My family and I came here for a birthday and it was a terrible experience. The food was decent, the drinks were below average, and the service was absent. If you do plan on eating here order take out, so you are not disappointed with the service.

I have never had as bad of service as I did here. It was a busy Saturday night, I understand, but we were there almost an hour before we even ordered. Our drinks took about 45 minutes and half of us never got our salads. Beautiful restaurant and great food but lacking in service. Maybe it was just a bad night for our wait staff.......?

They overbook because they know people will wait due to the fact that there aren’t any other “nice” places to go in Tulare.Showed up at 6:45, had a reservation for 7. Wasn’t seated until 7:25. Didn’t get water until 7:45. When 8:00 hit and our order still wasn’t taken and no bread was even brought to the table we walked out and went to Black Bear at 8.I understand places get busy, that’s not the issue, the issue is they took WAY too many reservations in that time frame. Again banking on the fact that people will just wait. It’s a shame, the food here is good, but there is NO place in Tulare worth sitting for an hour without even having your order taken yet.Parking: Parking here is also a nightmare. You literally have to circle the lot waiting for someone to leave.

Being charged $30 extra just to dine on Valentines Day plus extra tax is beyond crazy! I have never experienced anything like this anywhere. This is something that should be told to customers at the time of making the reservation. Horrible disservice on their behalf.

The service was amazing. Food came out quickly and was amazing. Our server made sure we were all taken care of and did a wonderful job. The food was 15/10 haha my husband and I will definitely be coming back again! The gnocchi I had was amazing and fluffy. My husband's fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was to die for. Our appetizer, arancini, was delectable and the tiramisu was perfection. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!!

Real good Italian food. Service is quick and friendly. Very pleasant place to get a nice dinner. I had an amazing drink there called the Creme Brule Martini. Highly recommend. Our salads were okay, could have been better and main course was pretty good. Had a caprese before main meal. Flavor was pretty spot on but the part that got me was they forgot to cut off the stem part on the top of the tomato. Not a huge deal but when at a nice restaurant you expect these little things covered. I still believe it is one of the better Italian restaurants in central valley. Recommend you try it out. If you love wine then this is a great place to be.

The worst thing about this visit is the fact that we have not tried this place sooner. The service is definitely 5 star. The waiter was even very proper and made sure “ladies first”Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Everything was definitely pricey but what isn’t nowadays. At least it was worth the price.Definitely going to be back the next time we have a big event!Dietary restrictions: They had sugar free peach iced tea!!!
