This place is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend it to anybody. Soda machine always tastes like it’s dirty. Food you could tell is always been cooked twice. Just made a marble order pull up they canceled my order and then refused to give me my money back and told me I had to order again.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They literally had 7 cars parked from the drive thru waiting for their food for over 15 minutes. What is the point of even having a drive thru at that point?

definitely wasn’t fresh. Paid for 2 large meals.. one meal was a medium. McDonald’s loves to get it wrong.

one thing about this place is to never go inside those workers will just watch you wait at the register and not even help you. i went to order at the kiosk but i only had cash so it told me to finish my order at the front so i went to the front and they never once helped me and just kept staring at me was waiting for 20 minutes so i went to the drive through and they forgot most of my order and told me to come back inside to order it and nope no help once again. it’s just dumb that they choose not to help their customers.

Went to McDonald’s earlier today, I ordered a hot and spicy mcchicken. Tell me why tf they only gave me the bottom bun to the damn thing. No top bun, just bottom. How do you not realize when wrapping it up that you didn’t put a top bun on it? I was already at home when I unwrapped it, very disappointing. Do better

Today I ordered a happy meal on the mobile app, park in #7, notified the store I was there, and I waited, waiting and waited. My app showed "We hope you enjoy your food as much as we enjoyed preparing it". I continued to wait, since I had a crying 2 year old in the back seat. Finally I decided to go inside to check on my food. NOBODY MAKES EYECONTACT, I understand they have things to do. But I see my #7 order behind the counter & nobody does anything. Finally I say EXCUSE ME, I SEE MY ORDER #7 & I'VE BEEN WAITING A LONG TIME. The young lady gives me my order and apologized. Needless to say EVERYTHING WAS COLD. Bit I had no time to wait longer, so I left.
I am very disappointed
And I wish the mobile app had a review or complaint tab so I could get my money back.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would give this place negative 5. I feel like I have to warn people to check their bags before leaving the store. They NEVER get the order correct. It may sound like I am exaggerating, and I do often think the same thing when reading these, but I can tell you 100% of the last 6+ months that I have brought my family here, we had to go back in to get missing sauces, happy meals, nuggets, incorrect sizes have been given to us, etc. even when you go in and order at the kiosk you think they couldn’t possibly get an order wrong when it’s staring them straight in the face, but unfortunately, they still can’t get it right.

We came here tonight, and ordered over $40 worth of food, there was 1 other customer inside. They took 30 minutes to get us our order. There was a customer that came in 10 minutes after us with a whole family and demanded “everything fresh” and they received their order 10 minutes before us.

When you have a table tab they are supposed to bring your meal to you in trays, instead they literally tossed our bag on the counter and called our table tab number for us to pick up then walked off. They completely forgot to make a happy meal for our daughter, and they gave us 0 out of 7 sauces. I walked up to ask for the happy meal and they completely ignored me. At this point I began to get frustrated, and I let them know we had been waiting over 30 minutes and still received an incomplete order. The manager spoke with me and didn’t even say sorry for the wait or inconvenience, she just said, “okay” walked off, made the entire happy meal, and grabbed our sauces then set them down. We just left and ate at home and will not be coming back. I understand it’s fast food and I don’t expect the best service, but I just feel like someone needs to know how awful this place has become, I mean at least have SOME kind of standards at your place of business.

This place is a joke! Have to sit and wait for food something 20+ never gets my food right. Last time I got food, it taste like the recooked it a few times and it was hard and rubbery. Veggies are never fresh. Also closed in the holidays but other McDonald’s are open. Y’all really need to get it together!

Kids and I went in today to try to get food from here but we couldn't order on the kiosk since no table numbers were available and when we tried to ordered at the counter the staff ignored us when I approached who looked like a supervisor she ignored me. Super rude will never be going back

Employee #1 took my order and I handed her cash. She touched the cash money with no gloves on. I told Employee #1 I wanted my fries cook to order to as she did not put that on the receipt. Employee #1said she will do it herself since she is helping. Employee #1 went to the back, I thought she was going to wash her hands, but with no gloves on, she grabbed a handful of fries and dumped them in the fryer. Employee #1 then went to the bagging area and started bagging the food. In all this time she did not have gloves on and she did not wash her hands. I then told Employee #2 about my concern of sanitary from Employee #1. Employee #2 then told Employee #1 and finally she went to go wash her hands. The Manager asked what happened to Employee #2 and I told him myself what happened but still asked Employee #2. I then asked Employee #2 if she can drop a new set off fries as I dont want the ones Employee #1 touched. Employee #2 did so. The Manager then heads to the back and a few minutes later he comes back saying heres your refund and I thank him and leave. If I could I would leave them no stars for overall review, food and service. Money is the most dirtiest thing a person can touch, how does an employee not wash their hands after touching money and then grabbing food.
