Im having coke over here for past couple of days and it tastes bitter. Probably the mixing of the syrup and soda is not correctly done.

These people just literally stare at you while you’re waiting for somebodyto get your order bad service people just have attitude. they do not care for customer service. They need to rehire all these little kids. rude, rude, rude but if they got tipped, they’d be doing it faster and of course I’ll pay for extra sauce but still give me attitude. I’ll pay for it the $.54. And they get paid more than other people. It’s such a shame.

Made my order ahead of time to save time. Was told to park in the spot to wait for one single burger two people that were behind me got there order first and when they bring me my order it’s a mess and missing the sauces I ordered. It’s always something at this location.

This location is poorly ran and employees are not properly trained. They did not know how to properly put in orders in the drive through and then added extra items. I told them to take them off. Then I pull up to get my food and items were missing. Then they finally gave me all of my items. They were all wrong. Worst experience I've ever had at any fast food place

This place is horrible. I waited 20 minutes for a French fry order. I then tried to go through the drive thru, but their was 13 cars in the drive thru. I said forget and left the location. The workers could eat the fry. I'm sure they needed the French fry really bad. I will never come to this location again. I filed a complaint through the app. If I don't get refunded through the McDonald's app, I will delete the app and never use it again. With the seed oil they cook their food with. I guess they did me a favor. If I was corporate I would fire the manager because it's always the mangers fault when a location is ran poorly. The workers had no training because for 20 minutes I watched them mess up people's orders right and left.

so bad !! , customer service is HORRIBLE. management is even worse. Tried to receive a free fry using a code and the cashier decided to mess up and instead of compensating the free fry we were informed that they can’t do a single thing bc “they don’t run the app”. Every time this has happened at any other location it’s not a problem. The manager decides to say we have to either pay full price or can’t get it at all. absolutely ridiculous. Once attitude was thrown it wasn’t about the fries anymore. these KIDS need to be taught some manners because apparently they were never taught any. If you plan on mc donald’s definitely choose a different location. Will not be coming to this location again.

Dirty tables and a 30 minute wait for a McChicken because the staff forgot about me I had to ask three times before they made it.

This place is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend it to anybody. Soda machine always tastes like it’s dirty. Food you could tell is always been cooked twice. Just made a marble order pull up they canceled my order and then refused to give me my money back and told me I had to order again.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They literally had 7 cars parked from the drive thru waiting for their food for over 15 minutes. What is the point of even having a drive thru at that point?

definitely wasn’t fresh. Paid for 2 large meals.. one meal was a medium. McDonald’s loves to get it wrong.
