Disgusting. The most disgusting experience I've ever had at this McDonald's location. The inside? Filthy, smelly, awful bathrooms. But the service. Oh my lord it's so much worse. We ordered a CURBSIDE order. CURBSIDE!! And we waited, 50 minutes; from when we PLACED the order, DROVE to the location 20-25 minutes later, so we assumed it would be ready. Because it's FAST food. But no we waited 30 minutes MORE and then decided to go inside to see where the hell the food was because on the app it said it had been handed off to us. No the hell it wasn't. So I went inside; no one was at the counter. Fine, whatever, the drive thru was a little long sure sure fine. Then a lady came out, I said hello and asked about the food because we had been waiting for 50 minutes. She cut me off. Stopped my sentence while I was talking. Oh? Excuse me? Sorry ma'am I didn't know you had to focus so hard to clock back in after your break? Then I asked again. "Yeah we've been waiting for 50 minutes for our food since we ordered." She left to check, came back, and told me "oh we're just waiting on the fries." Pardon? Fry's are the reason we are waiting 50 EXTRA MINUTES FOR SOME FRYS?!?! I said oh ok and waited. Waited for 10 more minutes. Another lady came out asking about HER order. She was missing items. Then finally after about a whole hour later, we got our mediocre food that was sloppy wrapped and went home. All in all the shittiest experience at this location.

I came here on a Monday around 5 pm. The store was filled with people waiting along with a long drive thru line. My family ordered and decided to eat inside as we make a 9 hour drive from Notth California to South. We had 20 pc nuggets, large fries and 2 mcdoubles. When we received our food, only the fries were fresh and hot. The nuggets was stale and the burgers left something to be desired. I was starving and devoured stale nuggets but my husband convinced me to send back the 2nd box of nuggets for a fresh one. I asked the manager and she kindly made a new batch for me. I only asked for 1 box to be replaced but I wished she also replaced both since they both were stale.
It took over 10 minutes to get a freshly cooked box of nuggets and the rest of my food is now cold.
It seems like this place had a lot of disapproving customers. As I waited for my fresh nuggets to come out, people have complained that sauces were missing from their order and their customized order was wrong.

Worst customer service hands down and portly manager dipping into her own supply a little too much obviously. Needs to be audited by health department serving yesterday's fries and food with an attitude is crazy to me when there are robots coming for your job soon you'll be selling oranges on the side of the road wishing you didnt try and make the golden arches a career. Respect yourself so you can respect others.

It's McDonald's! 3 stars isn't bad. They have always been about 3 stars, give or take. The new look inside is so stark, dystopian, and uninviting to kids... and some adults (me!). To me, McDonald's is a kid place. That should be the target demographic. That's what made McDonald's so great. Kids drag there family in and the parents got a budget friendly break. Not today though.
They need better selection as a food
