waited 20+ minutes in line for 2 sausage egg & cheese mcmuffins and 1 mcgriddle. lady at the window gave us the wrong order, we immediately went inside. person at the counter took the food we gave back (and had already touched) and then they gave that food away (for free). they had also given our food away (for free) in a span less than 2 minutes of us coming back to get our correct order. not to mention the employee we spoke to was rude. it’s your job you decided to work there, don’t be inconsiderate to customers for it. at this point it was reaching half an hour and i had to go to work, i could not wait even longer for our order, which shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. whoever was running the floor 6/29/25 from 10-10:30am needs to redo their training. not sure if a manager was even present. employees need to redo their ServSafe certificates, and learn to not rehand out food to customers. let alone for free. drive thru is slow and out of order. needs better something, whether it is workers or management.

The service was welcoming and the restaurant was clean. The food was as well as could be expected. One of the top McDonald's I've experienced.
