This McDonald's location shows that there is hope for McDonald's returning to its former high status. A decline in customer service is evident at this location, mainly based on the corporation use of self-service kiosks. Many cash paying customers had to wait in line for a counter help person to accept their payment. Being with a group of friends helped lighten the atmosphere.

They were busy so there was a good 5+++ minute wait and the food was somehow disgustingly stale! Yuck! $20 for nasty, stale McDonalds. I decided I've eaten the last McDonalds of my life. Seriously it was that disgusting. Shame on you for charging me that much and giving me complete crap.

The employees here don't care about the products they put out. Undercooked fries, burgers that are half off the bun, and burned nuggets. This is NOT a McDonald's worth visiting.

I requested big Mac sauce for my fries 🍟 and even offered to pay $$ and they refused to grant my request. I get a side every time, not sure why this establishment has a policy that is different than any other McDonald's in the country. I drive a truck so I get around. On a another note my quarter pounder was fresh and tasty.

This mcdonalds is so very disrespectful and very unprofessional. They never wanna make things right that they mess up on. I feel that this is very rude due to the fact it's no ones business but that was my last of my money for my family to eat. But to get treated with disrespect and for the manager to handle this matter that improperly I'm never going back again but I'm taking this up with labor board.
