This McDonald's location shows that there is hope for McDonald's returning to its former high status. A decline in customer service is evident at this location, mainly based on the corporation use of self-service kiosks. Many cash paying customers had to wait in line for a counter help person to accept their payment. Being with a group of friends helped lighten the atmosphere.
They were busy so there was a good 5+++ minute wait and the food was somehow disgustingly stale! Yuck! $20 for nasty, stale McDonalds. I decided I've eaten the last McDonalds of my life. Seriously it was that disgusting. Shame on you for charging me that much and giving me complete crap.
