They were busy so there was a good 5+++ minute wait and the food was somehow disgustingly stale! Yuck! $20 for nasty, stale McDonalds. I decided I've eaten the last McDonalds of my life. Seriously it was that disgusting. Shame on you for charging me that much and giving me complete crap.

I requested big Mac sauce for my fries 🍟 and even offered to pay $$ and they refused to grant my request. I get a side every time, not sure why this establishment has a policy that is different than any other McDonald's in the country. I drive a truck so I get around. On a another note my quarter pounder was fresh and tasty.

I feel that this is very rude due to the fact it's no ones business but that was my last of my money for my family to eat. Get up to window and the ruthless cashier try's to hand me 2 frappe's shit girl the freaken Tulli Fog has rolled in and it's 43 degrees out hell I don"t want a cold drink !!! I wanted hot mocha cafe she responded we don't have any mocha , or latte they didn't even have hot plain coffee

Customer service is always the worst at this Mcdonald’s. The girl was so rude and didn’t even give me my order correctly. I ordered a 6pc Mcnugget happy meal for my toddler and they only gave me 4. I’m not paying almost 7 dollars for a 6 piece to receive 4. Did ask what condiments I needed for the other meal I bought. But, overall was rude I didn’t even get my receipt to report to HR. Because of having no receipt I couldn’t apply the store number to report how rude and careless their costumer service is. Do better and hire better staff. If they don’t like working in customer service then they should find a new job.
