I have been a fan of Me N Eds for decades. So much that whenever I'm in the San Joaquin Valley Me 'N Eds is a must. I was very disappointed when I recently stopped at this Me 'N Ed's in Tulare. I ordered a medium pep & cheese pizza, but when they brought it over everything was just swimming in the sauce. I had a few pieces hoping that it tasted better than it looked, but the sauce was overpowering. Whoever prepared it, and there were many workers there, put way too much sauce. There was one piece that was even soggy at the outside edge because of the wetness. Before I left I went up to get a box, hoping I could save the remaining pieces for next day if it dries out a little. I politely brought it too the attn of the manager, pointing out the wetness of the pizza due to too much sauce and she just shrugged me off and didn't even say a word. Lousy manager, in my opinion, who is not even polite or acknowledges the customer - not even eye contact. Maybe she was afraid I was going to demand another pizza or something. Pretty bad customer service. This gal should not be a manager if she lacks customer service skills. Needless to say, I won't be back to this particular Me 'N Eds in the future.

Me & Eds is my favorite. I absolutely love the flakey crust, like pastry! Not heavy. The balance of items are usually perfect. The sauce is smooth not overly acidic like some others. Friendly service. Comfortable atmosphere. I can't handle places too noisy! And this place is perfect. Only had 1 complaint. The booth had a deep sump on the end. But the middle was great. Thanks M&Es

Sorry to say had a bad experience was in town for my kids tournament went to try to get some pizza and watch the football game. Was told they couldn’t put football on 9-22-24 ! We’re actually rude about it , Still stayed and ate . pizza was good ! Atmosphere was horrible ! seen another family come in and ask about football same lady at register was very rude to them as well they complained to manager and left . Then lady at register goes to co workers and were all laughing as other family left ! Sad ! Sad ! Sad! Sorry but I will not go there ever again and would not recommended anyone stopping at this place ! Couldn’t even enjoy my food !
This was tough one to evaluate. I Been to place many times when they were at another location and it was great so I had to make the trip! The lady at register was friendly and helpful. I arrived before noon . There was 2 tables taken . The place had plenty of seating but the problem was all the tables were dirty from previous customers. We really had to find the less dirty one. There was stickers on the booths, bathrooms need cleaning and painting. For some reason they save short toilet paper roles on handicap bar in stall. Plenty of graffiti on bathroom. While waiting for order I noticed a dirty rag on trashcan. I walked around and checked out the salad bar and it was very fresh looking ?. The arcade was nice to see. I really like the painting on walls. The pizza was delivered. The lady was very friendly. She brought plate and asked if we needed anything else. I ordered a pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The cheese bites were the same. The pizza was slightly overcooked but definitely would order again. The family at Booth left. The worker picked up the plates but didn't wipe tables or seating. That would explain why place was so dirty. I was thinking had huge party. There was 3 employees so they had the people to clean but it it definitely a training/management issue. The bad can be fixed with a little help
