I’ve been coming to Firehouse Pizza since 2003. For many years, it was a longtime local staple—known for its welcoming atmosphere, bold flavors, and consistent quality. Their pizzas had character, with the meat lover’s being one of the best in town—on par with Boston House Pizza and second only to Fatty Albert’s.
But over the last few years, the quality and experience have noticeably declined.
Today’s visit was the tipping point. I ordered the meat lover’s pizza and was shocked by how bare it looked—it could’ve easily been mistaken for a plain cheese pizza. The hearty portions of sausage, pepperoni, and ham that used to define it are now barely there, and the flavor just isn't the same.
The atmosphere has changed too. The friendly vibe is gone, and during a past visit, I witnessed an older employee go off on a customer who appeared to just be browsing. It was awkward and completely out of line.
It’s sad to see how far things have fallen. After over 20 years of visits, I can no longer recommend this place. I truly hope it finds its way back to what made it special.

Best pizza I've had in a long time
Restaurant Has A Few Good Options And At Decent Prices, But I Personally Wasn't A Fan Of Their Pizza... They're Nice So Great Customer Service And Chill Place To Take Kids Even Though I Rated A 3 Was Mostly Because Of The Pizza...
Parking: Always Plenty Parking In A Medium Sized Parking Lot
Kid-friendliness: Nice People And Connected To A Gas Station With A Bigger Assortment Of Snacks And Drinks
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily Accessible For Wheelchairs To Get In And Move Throughout The Restaurant

When I tell people this Is the best pizza you could ever get at a gas station, I mean it.
One of my favorite pizzas ever! If you go try the homemade ranch!
Honestly the owner is very rude and the food always old pass on this place if you can but if just trying to get some beers and snacks then I guess it doesn't matter
Good Pizza! Great Prices.. One of the best in town!

Great home made pizza
Best pizza in town
We order take out (never dined in) and it’s yummy and very consistent! I’m pretty picky and a tough critic but I strongly recommend trying them.
