I placed my order online thru apps. We got there early but have to wait almost 30 minutes to receive our order (family pack). The last 5 minutes we waited just for chicken with longbean. When we got home (less than 5 minutes drive), the rest of the foods were cold except the chicken with longbean. We received no sorry from any staff while we were waiting for our foods for almost 30 minutes.

Service was poor, I asked for a sample and the girl just looked annoyed. Like be so for real? Then, the online order I placed was 10 minutes late even though the place was dead. On top of that, the food wasn’t fresh, I watched the girl scrap the last of a tray into my plate while I was waiting for another entree to come out fresh. If you were gonna have me wait for one entree, why girl me the last bits of another one that was old? Disappointed and I paid extra because it was the sirloin. Manager was too busy yapping to some dude who walked in instead of caring what her workers were doing. Should’ve just gone to panda in visalia or gone to chipotle across the street. aka save your money from this location.

My daughter's favorite thing is orange chicken, so we stopped in on our road trip. It was pretty late and within an hour of closing time. They were out of the greens, but offered to cook some fresh for me. They were so good!!!
