My daughter loved her broccoli cheddar soup. I ordered the chicken poppy seed salad. It’s advertised to now have more chicken. I didn’t think it had any more chicken than before and it had a strange taste. It needed something, maybe feta cheese? After finishing my food, I had a piece of plastic or wax paper?? In my mouth!! I’m pretty grossed out. I don’t think I would return

The BLT was awful had one in Visalia and it was delicious I don’t know what happened and soup was amazing as always. I will not be getting a BLT from the Tulare restaurant again?

The Greek goddess salad I ordered was good but only I little chunk of Avocado. The sandwiches I ordered were put in the wrong packaging. I asked for no tomato and there it was. Asked for chicken and got some ham slices instead. I don't come here very often but last 2 times I did the orders have been wrong. A little more attention needed during preparation please! Not pleased.

Clean store, very helpful, and personable customer service people. It was nice to sit down and eat in. They were making cinnamon rolls that smelled heavenly.
Tons of mistakes on the Greek salad with chicken, missing several things that come with it and the melt I ordered had very little chicken on it, this company is extremely high and they want to serve you very small sandwiches or melts!

Panera is one of my favorite spots to go for lunch/dinner… But all the most recent times i’ve been , i’ve had the front lady named Katherine i believe is her name , take my order, and every time she has, it’s been nothing but complete disrespect not only to me (the customer) but she’s also very rude to the people working around her … As much as i love panera , my family and I can’t stand Katherine’s customer servicing… Do better panera!!!
