Today I went to lunch with friends and we had the best service we have ever had at this panera. Abby took our order and even offered to help us clean up after we were visiting. Great job to her and the hiring staff.

When you order online an hour in advance and pull up to the window, that’s when they start to get your order ready, so I gotta wait 10-15 minutes. Drive thru is horrible, takes way too long, they don’t care about customers.

I do like how this restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options. Receiving this food is usually quick. The food is good, not great. Orders do take a little time because it's fresh food, not fast food. The restrooms and facilities are usually very clean. The coffee is usually fresh. They have mislabeled my orders a few times, but besides that. I give them a strong four out of five.

Come on panera, 2 separate times. Filthy areas, when pulled staffed. They also messed up my chicken salad I ordered where chicken was the only thing in the name. Do better panera.

I'm sitting next to a table in the corner, and an employee came to where the table was looked at it and left it a mess still. Not to mention this is the second time I've been here and been either ignored or over looked. Panera needs to do better. 0 stars. App wouldn't allow 0

Got to paneras at 630 am coffee was light tea you can see the bottom of cup. Ordered a Avo with on sour dough like it was on there menu and they didn't have any. You would think if that is a breakfast option it would be ready first and last time at this panera.WORST COFFEE.
