Panera is one of my favorite spots to go for lunch/dinner… But all the most recent times i’ve been , i’ve had the front lady named Katherine i believe is her name , take my order, and every time she has, it’s been nothing but complete disrespect not only to me (the customer) but she’s also very rude to the people working around her … As much as i love panera , my family and I can’t stand Katherine’s customer servicing… Do better panera!!!

Was sitting down eating when I heard a manager arguing that an employee should fill out paperwork in the back near all the food instead of immediately going to the hospital when they had a finger almost cut off and bleeding. Also i dont know how they mess up orders when most of the food is

Today I went into the store for a rapid pickup and was met with the best service possible. Very time I enter this store they have a way of lifting the mood. The manager especially was amazing!

I cant believe how slow and incompetent the drive-thru workers are at Panera. Everytime I go they make me sit parked in front of the window forever while they take the orders of everyone behind me. They can't multitask and get my food or drink while taking other orders and since they can't do that they should fill my order first THEN take other people's orders behind me. All I ordered was a drink refill, a cookie, and 2 pupcups and had to sit there for 15 min even though there were 2 people working the drive-thru. Even if I order and pay in advance they've made me sit there and wait while they take everyone's order behind me. What happened to the "first come, first served" customer service method? Its not rocket science, it's common sense.

Service as of lately has been bad. Although the employees have been friendly, orders have been inaccurate. I have been given wrong bagels or missing cream cheese as well as sandwiches made on the wrong bread. The price difference between a duet and pick two is to much to even bother with ordering just to take off tomatoes or less lettuce if they can't put it on the correct bread.

Ordered soup and sandwich. Soup was cold, not even warm. Asked to have the soup warmed up and I was told to use a microwave Panera can’t warm up cold soup. This was from the manager after the cook staff was going to give me some service. I paid for cold soup that was not edible. The Tulare store used to be good but they have a manager with zero customer service experience.
