Got 3 free personal pizzas from Book It for the kids, I placed the order but when I went to pick them up the lady told me she canceled my order and that she tried calling but didn’t pick up, checked my phone and didn’t have any missed calls then she proceeded to ask me if the kids were with me and I told her they were at home, don’t know if she didn’t want to make them or what but when I got there she was sitting, talking with the other workers and laughing.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza thought I ordered pepperoni with chesse turns out I only ordered it with chesse when not even a minute to ordering a staff member from pizza hut named Baltimorere called to double check my order. This gentleman went out of his way to call and make sure when he did not have to thank you so much, we truly appreciate it

Manuela is very unprofessional and has terrible customer service and her order manager Kendra is just as rude I was charged twice for my pizza and they will not help me and did not give me my order I waited over 30 minutes in the store and they still didn’t help me and my card was charged twice

I know working customer service sucks. I did it for a long time. But you know what also sucks? Working customer service, looking forward to pizza and not getting the pizza you want. Husband ordered AND PAID FOR a cheese pizza with extra cheese. THIS IS NOT EXTRA CHEESE! I should not see pizza sauce peeking out. The cheese should be oozing off the slices, and sticking to things. What's more, it doesn't taste fresh. Pretty sure we were given a pizza that had been sitting in the oven from someone else's order. I'm eating it. Not sending my husband back cuz he shouldn't have to waste the gas. I don't know who the blame goes to whether it's a lazy employee, a lazy manager, or a stingy corporate/district manager. I'm not asking for anything fancy, but when we pay you extra money for the extra cheese, GIVE US EXTRA CHEESE. I'm tired of being short changed. I could have gotten the same quality of pizza from a hot n ready Little Ceasar's, but for much less. Please fix the issue. Severely disappointed with my pizza night I've been waiting to be able to afford for months.

If I can give them a 0 stars I would they offer the worst service & poor quality pizza not ordering again from Pizza Hut in Tulare save your time and money and go to another place

Ordered a tavern pizza. It was overcooked and verydried out. Not enough cheese on pizza, missing about 40% of top of pizza, with no cheese at all, was so dry it was basically a cardboard pizza. I will not order again.

The two ladies working were busy talking to their friends (not customers, they made that clear) when we got there and had bad attitudes. Very unprofessional, rude, and a bad look for the company. It’s no wonder they messed up our pizza order and made us drive back to the store a 2nd time to get what we purchased. The Tulare store has definitely gone down hill. There are so many other pizza options to choose from, I don’t think I will be going back.

Today I received a phone call from Manuela Morales and she wasn't able to do anything for my order didn't even try to fix it. She just said I ordered what I ordered and that was just basically it. I wanted traditional wings not boneless. And I thought ranch came with all wing orders which they don't. Looks like I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again. I spent $75 dollars there including tip. Very disappointed

Refused to redeem my points because I never ordered from there store and I came from out of town to get my order and I never got my points back for the cancelled order this pizza but in Tulare is garbage don’t order from them their female manager is raciest.
