THIS IS NOT A MADE TO ORDER PIZZA HUT. This is a "hot and ready" warming shelf at the front of the Target store in their "snack center". You can only choose what they decide to make. No custom orders. At Lunchtime, around noon, the shelves were EMPTY. No sign or anything displaying serving times or operation hours. Asked an employee if I was in the right place and that's when they directed me to the empty shelves. All they could mumble was, "Yeah, it's over there, if there even are any." The associate couldn't even tell me that I was there too early, they're being made right now, they'll bring them out soon, nothing. So it seems not even Target employees know what the schedule is. The Maps description and photos are MISLEADING, most likely outdated, from a time when there was an actual mini Pizza Hut restaurant near the exit of the store. The online business page needs to be updated badly. If you have to order ahead and pick up your order from the warmer, state that. If they start making the pizzas around 11:30 a.m. so they can go out on the floor by noon, state that. If they only sell a limited quantity until they are sold out and it's on a first-come, first-served basis, state that. If they only make and serve pizzas within a specific time frame, state that.

My boyfriend enjoys Pizza Hut pizza. We ordered a pizza here a few days ago on our way to the lake because he hadn't eaten yet. He mentioned how the pizza tasted old. He has worked in several pizza restaurants and loves pizza so I take his word for it. The pizza was the only thing he ate all day. He ended up getting food poisoning pretty bad. He was in the bathroom and throwing up constantly all night long. That's when I decided to hop online and check out the reviews. I guess I shouldn't be surprised this happened. My fault for not checking the reviews before he got himself a pizza. Definitely never going back. If your reviews are consistently this bad, maybe you need to change some things or close down. It's unacceptable.

Truly disappointed. I love Pizza Hut, but i have never had a pizza as dry as the ones from this location. There is no marinara sauce on the pizza. Time and time again I leave a comment on my order to add more sauce, but every time we receive a dry pizza. Go to the Delano location and you will know what Pizza Hut should taste like.

I called In an order and now all calls go to a call center not actual restaurant l. I order a Alfredo pasta and I ask for the breadsticks lady says ok It'll be ready in 15 I call back an order a Second order of breadsticks. I get there and I don't get my breadsticks with my Alfredo order. I tell the cashier I ordered them on the phone she says it wasnt on the order. i Get upset because why would I pay that much for just a pasta when I know I asked for breadsticks. We argue I called the call center she says yes it was on there. cashier at Tulare site is being rude and I'm already upset which makes it worse and says Well I'm not giving you free breadsticks like REALLY! I ask for a refund she says she can't cuz they have a new system I have to call the call center long story short the girl was unprofessional and made me feel like I was trying to get free food when the breadsticks should of came with my order. it was dang breadsticks that come with all pasta orders. So heads up if the call center gets your order wrong there ain't "nothing" the pick up location can do. I did call back to the call center and another lady answers and tells me the same thing I said all pasta orders come with breadsticks or cheese sticks. What upset me was how she said Well I'm not giving you free breadsticks

Ordered carryout and my son went in to pick up should of been no problem, however the person didn't give the change. I realize it was only $3 but it was my $3. So when I called to inform them, she gets on the phone to tell me she did I tell her no she didn't and she precedes to tell me yes she did, it was an older person. I say no it wasn't, she again yes it was. I tell her, I know what my son looks like and he's not old yet she still wants to argue. It will be my last time dealing with this establishment if they can't own up to their mistakes. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CHANGE, OR COUNT YOUR CHANGE, FOR EVERYONE'S NOT HONEST! Maybe she thought she did and it fell on the floor I don't know, whatever her deal, I don't have it! Yes, I know it only $3 and I know it's not much to go off about, and I had said I was going to tell them to keep it as a tip, but the ..... tried to make it seem like someone was trying to scam them for $3 Please!

I called eight times in a row at 7:30 on a Sunday night with no answer. First off it is a nightmare to deal with your phone system, why can I not call a store and it rings?! Instead it's a commercial and then an options menu, what's the point whatever you choose no one answers. I would leave negative stars if I could, I hate robot menus and i have never met anyone who thinks opposite. I will never suggest Pizza Hut as an option again. And I'm a dad of a family of eight. I use to love this place, but the food has become generic and the service is beyond horrid, spend your money at VIP pizza, they are local, taste great, and a human answers when you call.

We had the BBQ chicken pan pizza tonight. They told us it would be ready in 15 minutes and it was ready. Got it home, still piping hot!! The crust is amazing! The BBQ chicken is GREAT! We will order it again!
It's like plastic. Crust is a quarter of pencil thin and cheese way too hard I couldn't take a pepperoni off without ripping a chunk off . Only edible part was the cheese in stuffed crust.... that I know of... stuffed crust was more than 50% air pocket threw out dude I know it's holiday season and people need to feed guests but we're not in an animal farm, gross

My family order pizza from here Saturday night. The entire household got sick with food poisoning. When calling the store this morning just to let them know, spoke with the manager and her response was " well you can't prove it" and hung up when I asked for a corporate number. All we wanted was an apology and to make them aware that this happen. Food poisoning is not a good feeling especially for children. Hopefully this location will start using safety measures to make sure that the food is meeting its health standards this can be prevented with the correct Quality control and safety measures according to other reviews I've read this is not the first time this has happen.

A couple months ago the late night register tried to steal 50 bucks from us by taking an order and then trying to not deliver it (because she obviously wanted to clean up and leave earlier than my order would have allowed due to their tardiness on other issues). She claimed it was sent and there was nothing they could do for a refund. HA. YEAH RIGHT. I had to drive to the store and pound on the door, and then the two employees there frantically did some crap on the phone and register/computer... What do ya know... I had my refund within 10 minutes of standing out there. THEY EMPLOY SHADY THIEVES.

Horrible service from the manager! Ordered for delivery today (9-11-2020) and as usual the delivery person was prompt and professional. Never once have i had an issue with an order. Today one item in my order, the spicy garlic wings tasted as if they were soaked In a sink full of chlorinated water. Of course I didn't finish eating the wing but bit into a second wing thinking it may have just been the one. I was wrong, this wing tasted like pool water as well. Called the store and spoke with the manager who basically accused me of wanting free food after "eating the wings" I told her I have every single uneaten wing with the exception of the two that were bitten into. Again she said she could only offer me a partial credit since I was keeping the wings. Told her I didn't want the wings because they taste like pool water. She was extremely rude and acted as though this was a regular occurrence. Fortunately for them I will never order from this location again.
