Jack seems to hate his job and was rude the whole time we were there, we said for dining in and he puts it too go. Ask for the sauces and just tells us “it’s right there” and uses the phrases “I guess” when requesting something. On his period or something.

The food was absolutely delicious! JACK is the guy! He is such an incredible and lively person that makes eating here not only an enjoyable experience but also a pleasurable one! The ambiance was a 10/10! Jack and Sergio are the best people that I have met at any Quesadilla Gorilla. They make the drive to this location worth the trip along with tasty food!

I was across the street at Walmart, having my battery serviced. I was hungry but not for the typical fast food. I made the walk across the parking lot and into the establishment. I placed my order and served myself some lemon water that's provided by the establishment. I sat in the cool of the patio and watched several people who came after me receive their order. I thought, well maybe they ordered online. But when I saw a couple walk in and order, then get their order in less than 10 minutes. I immediately asked Simon, who took my order originally.. Hey. Where's mine? I've been here waiting for over 20 minutes? Simon immediately started apologizing, stuttered and said I will make your order right now. His explanation of the mix up was that someone went to lunch right after I ordered and their system assigned her my food. To make it right, Simon offered me a complimentary order of chips and queso, which i accepted along with his apology.

Went there today, ordered #1. Waited a whole hour and never got my food. When I asked the cashier about it he just didn’t care and told me I can get my money back. Sad part about it was that there were multiple people that were given the same horrible service. Worse service I’ve ever had

Long time fans of Quesadilla Gorilla! They have a gluten free option. They’ll make your quesadilla into a few tacos and they have a separate prep area for gluten allergy. They’ll have a great outdoor space with heaters or misters for families to relax or play games and they’re also pet friendly.

I got chicken quesadilla and asada quesadilla. The asada quesadilla is too salty and the salsas are not good they have no flavor. The chicken quesadillas is good. Tops expensive tho.
