Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Yooo what happen to this place they first open healthy full portions BIG strips awesome sauce just got home haven’t been in about 4 months little baby strips more like dove strips than chicken, an infants portion of fries and the bread is only half toasted honestly I could send this with my 8 year old for lunch and she’d still be hungry and on top of that now everyone loves their chicken raise the prices lmao last stop at canes for me

As much as it cost there portions are getting lower than what it use to give

This people don’t know how to give a good customer service, I came to buy an order of chicken and when I got home this person didn’t put any ketchup and cane sauce in my 15 peace’s of tailgate chicken. I had to drive back because my girls won’t eat the chicken dry with no cane sauce and ketchup. To the owner please talk to your employees it is not nice to drive back just because your employees don’t do there job right. 😡😡😡😡

I visited Caine’s tonight 6/20/2025 after a long hard day at work and the staff was great and the food is always delicious thank you drive thru team and manager the sweet tea is the best💯

The food was basic, the chicken doesn't really have flavor, that's why they try to upscale the sauce. This is not one of my regularly eateries for these reasons. Customer service is hit or miss, very inconsistent.

Never had an issue until now. Got food poisoning after grabbing to go last night. Have been throwing up the meal all morning & running a fever. Had heard some things but didn’t believe them until now. Last time I’ll be eating here.

Food was hot and fresh! Atmosphere was good service was ok. The manager that took my order never smiled. Seem to be in a bad mood or something.

Everything was good as always I started coming here introduced to this place by my gf an we been coming back since I highly recommend this place it's delicious if they had MOJO or scaleped potatoes they'd be hooked up... good place highly recommend
