I rated this five stars because of the amount of effort the staff put into my visit. It was almost a 4 because you can tell they are making a comeback and are struggling a little when it gets busy. A lot of the staff was new so I got a lot of apologies, "Sorry for the wait we have a new baker in training! Sorry for the parmesan sprinkled over everything, we are training." Which was cool, I totally get it they hired new people - probably to replace some of the bad apples from previous bad reviews. The manager was ON TOP of things though, she was helping her staff and talking to guests. She 100% deserved this five star review and I hope the new staff they hired will help bring this establishment back, because I genuinely enjoyed the pizza and love that ranch.
Kid-friendliness: You can ask for to-go cups with lids even if you dine in. They have high chairs. There are arcade machines that take dollar bills then coin machines that take quarters which is fun for the kids.

Went to order in last night and they had no menu. Their display wasn’t showing anything or wasn’t working and they had no printed menus. The attendant said they could tell us the toppings they have and showed the sizes on the wall, but we had no idea about specialty pizzas or sides.
Didn’t order anything and left. That was BEYOND stupid.

If I could rate them a 0 or negative I would. They don’t even deserve one star. I ordered pizza at 4:40 with a promised delivery time of 5:26. I called at 5:46 when it was 20 min late. They said “it’s out the door already and should be to you any minute” so I waited. Then I got a text saying my order would be delivered by 6:29. By 7:00 I still didn’t have pizza. I then got a call from the store and they said they lost my order. I asked to speak to a manager since it was now over an hour late. They said they were giving me a refund but still sending me my order for the inconvenience. They called me again at 7:50 saying they lost my order AGAIN! They said they would send a new order out immediately. But at 8:22, I received a text saying they canceled my order. They will never get my business again. How do you lie to someone and then lose my order twice?!?!

The food was not that good. My first time at a round table that was not good. Our pizza had way to much sauce. The salad bar was not fresh. One of my friends ordered a chicken sandwich it was burnt and had no chicken in it. Very disappointed.

Order a large speciality pizza and medium one topping and both pizzas were under cooked. We also ordered 2 different kinds of wings and boxes to wings had fingerprints from their sauce by the maker all over them…. this place used so he our favorite pizza place but has gone down hill very fast.
Food was excellent. Ordered wings, veggie pizza, bread sticks, meat lover pizza.... all was fresh, crispy, and flavorful. The customer service was great very friendly. We ordered at 9pm and still was excellent service and food! It smelled very clean in the building. Thank you for working your best all the way to the end of the day.

Food was amazing it brought back some great memories of me growing up and wanting some pizza and now since buffet is back decided to come back to this place and eat once again everything changed inside though since I believed they remodeled since last time I been there. Pizza was delicious, and mostly everything was smooth even though the restrooms were great too pretty clean as well. Only one complain though and that's the reason this place is at 4 stars and not five the dine lobby area is really dirty left over plates everywhere lots of work around the area sometimes they seem to be unbusy but don't make the effort to clean up the tables literally can see now flies landing on the left overs which it makes a bit nasty looking at. Hopefully, owners can actually fix this because this is the only thing that was completely bothering me during my visit today.
Came in for the buffet and we waited over an hour for pizza to be made. The while restaurant was very messy. The bar was dirty and it looked like they piled trash at the bar from the other tables. A lot of people were angry that we had to wait over an hour for pizza. The women's bathroom was also very dirty. It looked like only 2 people were working but the restaurant should make sure they have the right amount of staff available before opening. If they don't then they shouldn't open.
