Ordered online for delivery and order received was incorrect! Not the workers fault some website glitch? I ordered a large stuffed crust mini pepperoni pizza with ham for valentine's day for us with hot wings and parmesan wings. We received wings and a cheese pizza when I called customer service they went above and beyond and made us the pepperoni pizza at no extra cost. The wings are delicious and full of flavor the blue cheese was strong and high quality delicious. The pizza was the star I love the new mini pepperoni's and it was full of flavor and cheese I appreciate how it's sliced thin I don't like those giant slice's. We will be ordering again in the future thank you Round Table!
My experience was through take out. I appreciate the customer service given. I was immediately greeted by a pleasant and welcoming employee representing the organization effectively. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I waited inside the building as my order was being processed. The setting was family friendly with televisions on different channels for customers that may be dining solo. The salad bar was well maintained and the food temperature maintained. The cook came out to greet me helping me to acknowledge who was preparing my dinner. The condiments were packed in a recycling paper bag. My food presentation was well done. It showed me the cook thought about how she wanted those eating her meal to feel when they opened the containers to eat her food. Job well done. I would recommend others to eat here.

Whatever you do don't order online for delivery. If they get it wrong or forget something you paid for they just pass you to multiple people on the phone and make you explain yourself multiple times then finally you get the management then he gaslights you telling you he doesn't have your address and you called the wrong location. Like dude I called the number on the top of the receipt. I was just done with it at that point I was pissed and didn't want to try calling again. $65 order I regret placing because of the terrible customer service and my issue was never resolved.Their food is good but just order for carryout. Ok rant over

Miss the video games need better hot lamps or lower them to keep the food hotter if late to pick up. Was ten minutes late and pizza was alright but could have been a little hotter over all food is

Great classic pizza. Never fail. Most of the time the staff is friendly and fast. Salad bar is always fresh and clean. Hot wings are 89% perfection.

I've been to this place a handful of times and every single time I've gone, the place looks very well kept. I've never seen garbage or dirty dishes laying around. The salad bar is amazing with its variety of choices... it's always stocked, and never messy. My orders have always been accurate and hot. The employees.. well I'll say they are kind and professional but in my experience they have always seemed unhappy. It is what it is though. They are a little pricey but definitely comparable to other pizza places with the same quality of food. Would recommend.
Went on Father’s day to pick up a mobile order. The order was ready on time. Staff was very friendly. Even had a draft beer because I was a bit early.

Reserved the backroom a couple times here already and staff has always been accommodating to us. Never had a problem, I even had a Birthday party here before and we didn't even realize we left a birthday card with money in it , some how the staff got ahold of us and returned it ! Amazing staff! Definitely recommend this round table❤️
