This was our first time here and went because it had 5 stars. Upon arrival we were not greeted and even after asking where we should wait to be seated, we were ignored by, not one but 3 employees! We waited over an hour for our food and when asked their response was "we're busy" but there were several families who arrived after us and were served before us. I don't believe it was a "busy" thing, but more of an organization thing. Once we all got our food, my son was still waiting on his. What did he order you ask? Well, he ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with fries! Not only were the waitresses rude to customers I heard one whistle at her bus boy to hurry and clean off a table. Mind you this is all in front of paying customers. Food was good, but they need a training on customer service!

This is one of my Favorite restaurants to have brunch but i was so upset we went this morning to have breakfast with our family that came over from los angeles and when we got there, they asked for how many it was 10 of us 6 adults and 4 kids wee ask for high chairs and the lady said. Oh, we're not able to put tables together in the cente and i ask for the room that is on the side from the restrooms and her respond was that they had a party already we ask for the room that was on the back and her respond was that some people where gonna have a meeting and that It wasn't a good idea to set us there with the kids. She had space to sit us but We felt right away. She didn't want to wee are hispanic and we felt discriminated so sad but after this i wont go back to this place

My cup was dirty didn't see until I was half way with my coffe,it had nasty stuff stuck to it ,the bacon was disgusting as if it was old,order a waffle and it was so soft it was not good ,I ordered strawberry topping and it was canned so disgusting the only thing I could eat was the eggs,I'm never coming back ?

The food and service are great! The only thing that bothers me is the group of older men who set at the counter drinking coffee for hours and stare at the customers coming in to eat. They sit on the far side of the counter that curves around and faces the dining area. We don't eat there often, so I just try to ignore it, and I assume they eat before they start drinking coffee, but its kind of rude! It won't stop me from eating there. Just saying.......

Such a good breakfast here at Salles--not fancy--just excellent food and friendly service. Salles has been in business for forty years! Lots of parking so even with our trailer we could stop here! Pancakes are fabulous!
