Sonic is sure skimping on everything to save costs but its dumb. You give me a freezing slush in regular plastic cup. Not the insulated foam cups like you always used before. I ordered 8 iced drinks for the kids they all came like this. After i paid you then tell there is no drink carriers there is not 8 cup holders in any car that i know of. So i have to find way to hold this freezing cold drinks cause i am not going to go home with nothing after promising the kids id being them a treat. Sonic has always been a a place i like to go but it gets worse and worse Everytime i go. Well today was the last day. Tulare Sonic is no longer a stop on my list

Grabbed something while waiting for car to charge nearby. I asked for no onions and no sauce in my drive-through order. I think they intentionally don’t care about the no onions and no sauce because they know it would be inconvenient to go back and complain.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before getting to the speaker by the time I got up to the speaker they said they would be right with me so I waited another 5 mins before saying “hello” and they just ignored me so I just left. Waste of time.

Absolutely terrible experience & waste of money. From the food to the service. The staff was not friendly or well mannered whatsoever but what was really disappointing was the food we ordered. My husband got a strawberry cheesecake shake & it smelled so foul we just threw it away. Not to mention, they didn’t put cherries or whipped cream as advertised. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blast that had maybe 3 pieces of cookie dough and was pretty much just 99.9% vanilla soft serve. $11 for crap. Will never be returning to this Sonic.

The 5 stars is mostly the service, first time going, the girl who dropped off my food very friendly and nice, gave me the food and told me have a nice day and I haven't even paid, the food is good, I always get the taters with a double mashed, really good, and I like the always put a salt an mint, the 4 times I have gone it's always a good experience. Same girl always smiling while delivering my food.

Parking lot is always a pain to deal with and always seem to catch attitude at the drive thru order window. Order has been missed a few times so mostly pull up to one of the parking spots to order so I can check out the order without holding up a line
Awful service. Needless to say, we went to Carl's Jr across the street for the food. Was the first and last time we will go to this one.
Get your policy straight on how people are to order and fix the patio speaker.

Ordered a blast and shake, didn’t get any whipped cream or cherries. Also ordered extra topping on the blast and there was barely anything through out out, got to a point I was just eating vanilla ice cream. Also took a while to receive our order. Saw someone backing out of drive thru while we were there. First and last time at this location

I tried to order at the carhop parking spaces and got ignored. I went through the drive-thru and even though my order was correctly repeated twice they still got it wrong. Horrible customer service, filthy grounds, half of the menu boards don't work, terrible food preparation. Go anywhere else! I will be.
