Very poor customer service, they refused to take my order in the drive through after I asked for a second to look at the menu. Will not be returning and will tell my friends/family to not return as well

Consistently the slowest service I have ever received. There are multiple times I've just driven off because I've waited 10+ minutes at the voice box to order & they are behind. This last time I drove across the street to Carls Jr. and got my food before the person who was behind me in line at Sonic.

I had a pick up order and it was ready when I arrived. Staff was great and brought out my food promptly. Drinks are always on point! Ordered a BLT and it was just sad. I will not order it again and decided not to eat it. Outside was clean but there's not really much they can do about the homeless that hang around this location.

They’re so slow during lunch and maybe just short staffed tbh. Today, from the time I ordered, to the time I grab my food from the window, almost 30 minutes has passed 12:28-12:55. Only 3 cars were in front of me. This isn’t the first time they’ve lagged like this either. The last time they also forgot one of my two items but since I was already late on my way back to work I couldn’t fix it. And to make matters worse, their phone does not work so I couldn’t even call, this was last week. Anyhoo, I hadn’t been to sonic in years and u probably won’t be back any time soon… my tots were underdone. You could taste it.

This is my favourite place to go for something cold to drink. I love how I can mix them up and add and take off flavours I like. It's awesome. The crew is always very nice and I like them all very much.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I waited over ten minutes in the car hop area with no one answering. I finally went drive thru and ordered food. After getting my food I realized they gave us half full large fries that were old and cold and tasted like dirty oil. The sonic blasts had barely any toppings on them and were mostly just vanilla. For the amount of money spent on food they should be putting a little more effort into their customers. I will never come here again.

I love Sonics ice cream. However this location is by far the worst I ever been to. I try and give them the benefit of the doubt that they may be having a bad day, but EVERY single time I go? Something has to change. Even ordering ahead is pointless.
