I'm so angry. I ordered two caramel frappuccinos. They literally gave me ice cream with coffee. Not to mention that I clarified the size twice. The worst thing is that I realized it when I got home, which is 20 minutes away.

At 6:34 this morning, an employee tried to merge into me today as they were speeding and driving frantically down Mooney. I almost hit incoming traffic, head-on and my 4-year-old was crying and terrified. She saw me pull into the same Starbucks behind her to pick up my order and ran into the store holding her apron. When I tried to call to let management know, the phone number listed didn’t work.

the employee were nice and also the drinks were pretty good.
I usually go there every day, ask for a drink a certain way watching them do it and lie to my face on how they did it smh.
I tried the Peppermint Mocha, only drank a quarter of it, and got the worst diarrhea of my life!
