Not a bad location to get Starbucks. The service was fast and people were friendly. I didn’t feel rushed to order my drink. Definitely not location to sit down and drink coffee because all the seats were taken.

Some of the barista's are just very entitled and careless. I ordered a hot chestnut praline latte and my cup was hardly halfway full, there was also no whip nor praline topping. I work at a coffee shop myself, so I understand that rush hours can be extremely stressful - but that is no excuse to be negligent. I also know (being a barista myself) that no customer wants to hear that the problem is their fault, and that is what I experienced the one time I've ever questioned an order. It is only a handful of barista's I've noticed have a pattern of making me or whoever I'm with feel like a burden for coming in. The rest of them are perfectly kind. I hope this review finds the management well:)

35 min drive thru, 4 cars ahead, baffling.

On 11-06-22 at approx 230pm hours I drove through the drive thru to get three drinks. They took more than 35 minutes for my order. When I got to the window a female started arguing being unprofessional. She was telling me why I was honking at her customers. I told her why was she accusing me and being unprofessional in front of my daughter and wife. She refused to provide her name. They also had my order wrong. I don't accept her attitude towards my family and my self.
