I usually like coming to this one since it’s usually the slowest from town and now I see why, customer services is not good at all!! I asked for a water with the drinks I ordered & the employee got upset won’t be returning to this location, their employees need better customer service

I have been to this Starbucks many times and never had an issue until last night, the lady was extremely rude to us and didn’t even make my drink how I ordered it. Normally it wouldn’t be a problem but if I’m paying almost $8 for a drink I expect it to be prepared correctly. Extremely disappointed.

Jacob was incredibly disrespectful. When me and my friend went to order he kept correcting us and telling us we were saying things wrong. When I was asking about the type of drink I have gotten PLENTY of times, he said they don’t do that and kept clapping his hands at me. I am not sure where you got your manners from Jacob,but Starbucks, you should hire people who have more respect.

Worst starbucks in town. The employees look like they are forced to be there. My husband sent my drink back FOUR times and they still couldn't get it right. The barista yelled at my husband and it was her fault. We asked for a Latte not a Frappe. Please hire better people. Or at least fire the tall blonde girl at the window. She's miserable.
This starbicks is the worst one in town. Drinks are now upwards of 10 dollars, all the flavor is on the bottom so you cant taste it unless you spill it all over yourself trying to stir it. And thats IF they even get your order correct. I had to send my drink back 3x. Thats is beyond unacceptable.

I don't understand, in all the Starbucks I've been to I always ask for no lemonade and to have my glass refilled, even here and suddenly the barista tells me that it depends on the person, it's incredible, I'm not going back to that place.

I stopped in the Starbucks during my lunch break to grab coffee and a quick bite. In business clothes and well groomed, they would not provide me the bathroom code and insisted they had to open the door for me. The bathroom was occupied by one of the employees and I had to wait outside, they told me to wait for the employee to come out and the door is open which I refuse to stand outside the bathroom waiting for somebody to come out just to grab the door. Was done eating. I asked them to give me the bathroom code again so I could use it and they refused and open the door for me. The employee was rude and not understanding the inconvenience or ridiculousness of not providing a bathroom code to somebody who is obviously a customer on their lunch break. And not a homeless person or vagrant. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Starbucks where they refused to provide you the bathroom code as a paying customer. There seem to be a lot of homeless in the area which I’m sure is why they don’t want to give out the code, but they should be able to use common sense on their eyeballs to determine when somebody appears to be homeless or not.
