I went this morning in the AM and my hot peppermint mocha was sooooo good. The girl Lorena was patient and helpful in suggesting a good holiday drink that only tastes good but would wake me up in the morning haha.Appreciated the clean restrooms and the welcoming vibez. I normally go to the one across town but went this morning in hopes of getting a bear cup. Overall good experience!

I asked the barista to make my drinks warm and she said no they already come hot or they come cold that’s it. She was not knowledgeable that you can get kids temp very disappointing. Train your workers better

Rudy is the WORST. He is rude and he rushes you to order and then he forgets to give you your drinks. For some reason he just decided to give us our food and then closed the windows and walked away and didnt come back even though we stayed there for a little longer to see if he'd come back. NOPE. My mother had to go around and get off the car in order to get our drinks. And then! He had the AUDACITY to say that SHE forgot our drinks. Ummmm? No! You did!! This is so unacceptable. My mother suffers from back pain and cannot walk well. And this is how she is treated? This establishment is unprofessional and that boy should NOT be working there.

Me and my gf went at 9:00 Pm to this location starbucks and once she got to the bottom she felt something weird in her mouth and just thought it was a piece of the straw paper but once she took it out her mouth it was this cockroach… so disgusted.

This Starbucks location always gives me a hard time about my order in drive thru .. my order said it was being worked on and the lady told me I had to drive around .. I called corp already on this store and they aren’t allowed to do that smh no one was in line

After a misunderstanding with Timothy, the shift leader on duty when we placed our order, we received unwelcoming service. He gave us the wrong order, took it back, tossed it in the trash, and seemed irritated with us while handing over our correct order. I have never experienced anything like this at any Starbucks before. It feels unpleasant to receive attitude from a shift leader for a mistake we did not make, especially considering we had already paid for our order.

If you’re prioritizing the drive-thru, it’s best to avoid opening up to take orders inside. A poorly made coffee shouldn’t require a 20-minute wait, especially when the local coffee shop is empty.
