ordered a drink and a pastry at the drive through they gave me my drink and i pulled away only to realize i had forgot to wait for my pastry , as im walking in the door to grab it i hear a girl say " she forgot it that's her fault " !!! it was very uncomfortable walking into that , was going to respond but i didn't want to cause a scene so im coming here to write this!! teach your workers to say things in private because you never know who is hearing this i heard it at the door so i know all the other customers heard that were inside !! EMBARRASING !! giving mean girl energy for sure , just rude for no reason !! be kind no reason for unnecessary comments !! will never come back to this location again !! unprofessional!!

I ordered 2 caramel Frappuccinos and they were super milky and watery. Asked them if I could get it remade and she left it at the widow and walked away. Really disappointed because the drinks can be expensive and I come to this Starbucks quite often and never had a bad experience. The person u got the drink for told me it tasted like a vanilla bean not caramel

Slow and prioritized drive thru drinks over pickup orders, waited 15 minutes for 4 drinks I ordered online.

Very disappointing with them. It's a tradition for us to get our yearly red cups. We were the very first customers this morning due to starting work at 5:30am. The doors did not open till 5:02am and when the opener opened the door she greeted us with a eye roll. No good morning I would of even taking a SMILE. Walked in with no greet. The person at the register did say hi welcome and continued to work on what he was working on. Didn't say we will be with you shortly. We would of totally understood. We stood there for a minute for me family to discuss if we should leave and go to another Starbucks at this time. Cameras are watching I'm very much calling and speaking to the DISTRICT MANAGER first thing this morning to let them know how RUDE they were! All they need to do is look up n the cameras and they can definitely see for themselves: what we experienced. We will never go back there again. I did check the J st. yelp and there are only 2 stars. I would definitely agreed with the stars. The rudeness all the employees have. We ended up at Starbucks on Cartmill a 100% difference. J st employees if your not a morning person or do not like your job find another career. Very disappointing and you guys were extremely RUDE!

The morning shift always forgets things from my order or always gets my order wrong. I mean how to is it to do the bare minimum of your job? I don't even get straws for my drink or the lid of my drink isn't closed correctly. Worst starbucks I've ever been to & ordered from really. I suggest go to the one at Prosperity.

Ordered three drinks: tall mocha frap double blended/extra sweet, tall hot decaf vanilla latte w/non-fat milk, tall hot decaf pumpkin latte w/non-fat milk & no whipped cream. We were the only car in the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still got it wrong. The real irritant? Both hot drinks were only half full of coffee, the other half was foam. For paying almost $5 per cup, where the hell is the rest of the coffee? I’m not paying that much for a cup of foam.

I've been doing Starbucks since 2007. All over the western US. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The girl at the counter was in a bad mood from the get go. She should have stayed home today.
