Lilia had a long line, but still had the patience to show me some personal cups. This store is not a cafe, so you can’t go inside to see the cups in stock. I love her attitude because she’s kind, but still keeps the line moving efficiently. A million stars for Lilia 🌟

Always go here!! This location genuinely makes me happy to get coffee. My commute to work is long but once I get to this location, I know they will refuel my energy with a grande iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso to perfection! They make it just right. My breakfast is always hot and the baristas are so freaking nice! I love you guys and you make my mornings wonderful

I wish I would have caught the name of the young woman working your drive thru the morning of 4/29/25. She had red hair and the sweetest attitude. I was having a horrible morning to the point of tears. She really brightend my day by commenting on my Baymax shirt and talking about our tattoos. Such a great gal! We need more people like her in the world. She had no idea what kind of morning I was having. He kindness and great customer service really brightened my spirits. Thank you so much! ❤️

I ordered by mobile for pick up and it said ready at 3:52, but I had to stay for a long time to get the order. They just make the drink for drive thru, and I will never come this location any more

I absolutely love this Starbucks. These people that work here are freaking awesome and every time I get a hot or cold drink always have something on it and this one was my favorite so I had to post it.

The worst customer service!
When you place a mobile order, it’s for convenience. Not to wait 15 minutes out front waiting for someone to acknowledge you’re waiting.
There needs to be someone at the window at all times.
This is my second visit to this location and I’ve been extremely disappointed both times.
There’s also not enough signage for people who haven’t been there to know how to get into the parking lot. There’s only one way in and one way out.
I personally think the design seems great and modern, but the parking lot is still just too small for it to be convenient for customers when it’s busy and there’s a long drive through line.
Overall annoyed and I doubt I’ll ever go there again.

Staff is really dumb if you ask me I don’t care about friendliness if you can’t do your job right and your getting payed more then most healthcare workers come on. Do something right learn how to use a cash register. Your employees make me look stupid and said my card was declined when I know I have money in there. Cause they don’t know how to use a cash register. Just sad

Customer service is always at its lowest the cashiers are always rude and sarcastic my drinks are never made as I ask it to be it's always wrong. An also I feel like starbucks owes me my money back for as much times as I paid for my drink & my drink is always wrong.

I was in the drive tru on 5/12/24 @ 6:17pm I asked for lite ice on my venti drink, (I get it it's a drink) it has ice. The lady automatically changed her tone and appeared bothered. I was the last vehicle in line.

I get it work is tiring, but she might as well charged me for a medium drink because my LARGE drink was so reduced. I've never had an issue with other coffee places when i ask for lite ice. I know these corporations are greedy, but charged us for what we order and what we ask for. I enjoy starbucks like the next person, but get real. STARBUCKS IS A SCAM.

I had ordered two drinks & was the only person at the location. There was no one in the drive thru or inside/outside the location. After about 5 minutes of me placing my order cars slowly started pulling up at the drive through. Five cars ordered after me & they all left with their drinks before me. This location does not prioritize the walk up window or whoever comes first. For them to take & complete 5 whole orders after I already paid & was just waiting is ridiculous. I rang the doorbell 4 times & they ignored it each time because they were catering to only drive through orders. It's honestly ridiculous & if I hadn't already paid I would have been gone. I couldn't have even asked for a refund because they were completely ignoring each ring. Zero stars if i could!!!

I ordered a bacon gouda sandwich and she gave me the wrong sandwich. I tried to address the lady and she said it was a bacon gouda. I was very disappointed that a Starbucks worker didn’t even know what a bacon gouda was ( especially since she worked there.) I get a bacon gouda every single time I go to Starbucks, so I’m personally disappointed in the service.
