I am boycotting Subway until they bring back bell peppers. There is no excuse taking advantage of the customer
Don’t bother ordering online, when you get there it won’t be ready and they will question you if you made it at the right store and after wasting your time they end up finding the online order receipt and they don’t even apologize for it lol. It’s happened to me 3 times and not one time did they apologize for it. I go on my lunch so having to sit there until they make it when I had ordered it hours in advance is kinda messed up.

Well the service lady kelly ignored me like 5 minutes talking to her coworker talking about her life not even a I'll be right with you after all this she took my order rude so I decided to go again this oct 9 I walked inn kelly once again talking to two lady's ignored me again waited like 5 minutes she was talking about going to the beach in two weeks not even making the lady's sandwiches another worker was cleaning lobby took trash out so after 10 minutes listening to Kelly's conversation the other coworker comes to help me apologize for my waiting maybe kelly should have another job not one that she doesn't like!!!hope management does something about this

I went to this subway recently and the customer service was really good! There was this girl named Gabby she was really kind and did my order with joy. This place is definitely a 10/10 am definitely coming again!

The lady working there was so helpful after the app glitched and changed my pick up time. She maintained constant communication and even called me back to make sure I knew that she had canceled the duplicate order. I thought customer service like this was dead but I was wrong. 10/10 will recommend.
I had such a great experience at this Subway! Maggie and Gabby were super friendly and helpful the whole time. They made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Both of them were fast, kind, and made the visit really enjoyable. Definitely the best service I’ve had at a Subway—thank you Maggie and Gabby!

Went in after our visit to the fair and was craving a meatball sandwich and my kid wanted sweet chicken. Service was pretty spot on over hearing them talk to other customers made us feel welcome Kelly and Jordan were kindly enough to tell us that the meatball sub was on sale as a meal that day and honesltly let me say best sandwiches in a long time and best looking too hope one of the two are working because I want them the exact same they were delicious
