I rated Julion a 4 because the asada, queso, and chili are fresh. We used to get our BBQ stuff at Vallarta but the asada started tasting funny and old. Then we began shopping at Guadalajara but the asada was hit and miss. Julion is consistently fresh and good no matter what. Small mom and pop butcher. Bueno!
Best Mexican food I've ever had, all made from scratch and tastes like my mom's home cooked meals . They also make their own Mexican bread and the sell all kinds of Mexican items. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed.
