A little over ambitious. They have great tacos, their prices and quantity not so much.You pay a premium price for premium tacos which is fine, but for the that price you would really expect consistency. Missing order items, wrong order items, half filled items are all frequently issues every time we order and for the price you pay it really makes you question why? Why pay that much, really what you’re paying for is presentation.

These people are awesome and they always go the extra mile for me. The food that I've tried from there so far has been delicious and hot and the order was correct and I didn't wait long to get it. Also there's a small patio/dining area off to the side that was a very nice retreat from the heat

AmazingI recently had the pleasure of trying out Tacos San Marcos, and I must say, I was blown away by the quality of food and service provided by this professional tacos truck!Although my friend recommended the shrimp tacos, I opted for the chicken quesadilla, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the cheese was melted to perfection. The tortilla was crispy and flavorful, and it was clear that the ingredients used were of the highest quality.What impressed me even more was the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. Despite being a food truck, the service was efficient and friendly, and the food was prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.Overall, I would highly recommend Tacos San Marcos to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food. If there was a 10 out of 10, that's what I would give them! When I say the Quesabirra tacos were amazing ? I mean amazing!! I also got the ramen birria that was delicious. Portion wise was right on, and experience ? was the best. I am definitely coming back, not even minding the drive out here. My pictures don't do it justice, but I hope my words do.
Tacos San Marcos has the best birria con queso taco. Great food and great service. I usually catch them at the sequoia mall parking lot on the weekend.

Alright, so I've been here a couple times within the year. The last 2 times they really disappointed on my burrito. I love burritos and somehow it wasn't made well. The last time I came the eat was a bit dry and a bit hard. I came today 12/4/22 and it's the best burrito I've had from them. I got the asada & it was definitely made with so much love & attention to detail. Lol! It might sounds weird but it's the truth. The birria tacos are always a delight. The waiting time is a bit of a wait but it's worth the wait. The workers are always nice & sincere. Thank you guys! Muchas gracias!!
