Jessie was extremely rude and seemed like he didn't want our business. As soon as we walked in he immediately gave us attitude he than rolled his eyes when we told him we were wanting to place a order to go inside the store rather than ordering online ahead of time. Honestly wish I could do less than one star but you can't. This place is rude and unclean. I do not appreciate being yelled at and arms waved as I'm walking to the bathroom by staff. They do not want to clean the restrooms so there for they have been closed for weeks and blame covid. Yet they are using them. The glass windows are so dirty it doesn't look like they've been cleaned in months. Their interior is also a mess. The walls and counters are filthy.
Went in last night food was shitty messed up my whole order paid $38 waited long time then called back they dead a** had the audacity if i can go back like bro you messed up not me. Anyways they said i can go back within 7 days for a remake .. okay went today and got the order just for it to be messed up again. Fries were soggy and old these guys need retraining and me as a previous long time wingstop employee they really do not know how to work dont know how they got certified....read full review
