Walked in, ordered a Philly cheesesteak from the “hot” menu. I received a cold Philly cheesesteak with cold unmelted American cheese. The meat?Cold. The bread ? Cold.

So to give some grace, the employee was working all alone so service took a long time. Not the issue. Issue is we were waiting and then a group of others walked in for baskin Robbin’s (which she was also working) and she left to go help them (even though we had been waiting already) and was gone for a while. Comes back, and I mentioned an employee discount I get for working in said outlet and she was confused and then says ok and then still doesn’t give it to me. Working in customer service, I give her customer service skills 0 stars. I was on lunch and no reason that whole thing should have taken as long as it did. By the time I got my food I was already almost 5 minutes late back from my lunch.

UHMMM me n my bf love togos but she was lowkey rude we couldn’t hear her first of all she was talking to low and it was so nasty she put on gloves and then started texting on her phone with the gloves.. it was so nasty at least change your gloves this was at 7pm

So understaffed it’s ridiculous!! I waited longer than 20 mins to get my meal. It sucked it took up half my lunch break. Girl was friendly but hard to understand.. manager needs to hire more people. Asap

They need to have more than one person working here. I came at the time my order was going to be ready and still had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to get it. The lack of service at this location is ridiculous. If I hadn’t of paid online I would have left.

I placed an order today for a simple sandwich and arrived. Five minutes prior. I noticed a sandwich had been left on the counter for a long period of time with flys in their establishment. I received my sandwich 10 minutes later after already telling the worker I was there for a pick up . Food is cold and disgusting I captured everything on video and photos as well and will be reporting this

Read the other recent reviews and choose a different Togo's.

This place is definitely not up to togo's standards. The pastrami was cut too thick and was barely chewable, I was asked no questions about what I wanted on my sandwitch.
They also don't offer wraps and salads like most other Togo's

Togos used to be good. My go to the pastrami always. Haven’t had Togo’s in years and decided to grab a sandwich. The veggies were all mushy and chewy.no crisp fresh veggies. The pastrami also tasted old and was super gristly. Then the drink it was completely flat and mostly syrup. If i was in the store i wouldve took it to the counter and asked for my money back. Instead of being difficult i just wont spend my money there again. I should’ve read the reviews. Looks like this place has gone downhill for a reason. Never again

I loved Togos growing up, but unfortunately this isn’t one of those reviews where I look back fondly and sing the praises of a service that has held up. The last five times I’ve ordered from here, I get unwanted added condiments. How hard is it to follow some simple directions? Not to mention the increase in prices, maybe that can’t be helped. It is unlikely that we’ll be returning though.

Wow did this chain go downhill. The togos pastrami sandwich was a childhood memory I've held close for years. That is until I drove three hours to santa cruz to revisit the chain. Place was dirty, barren and depressing. The pastrami sandwich was way more expensive, which I understand economic change, and had 1/3 the amount of pastrami as before. Felt robbed.

Pre order a sandwich unwrapped to sour, brown avocado ,which raised serious concerns. I spoke with Karla, the manager, who mentioned she was trained to serve it this way. However, after experiencing food poisoning, I’m struggling to understand how this could be considered acceptable.
