The food is pretty good here but the service definitely needs to be a bit better. I am very cautious when eating out do to food allergies so I alsways asked every waitress/waiter questions and at this visit it was no different I asked my waitress a few questions I normally ask but you can clearly tell it annoyed her. I made a decision based off her recommendation and her answers and I ordered the chicken pot pie like she said and a side order of the onion rings with their bacon ranch sauce however my chicken pot pie was full of mushrooms which I'm allergic to and yet she claimed didn't have any. I brought this up to my waitress and she rolled her eyes, argued with me and didn't want to refund me or allow me to order something else. My waitress was very rude from the get go especially when getting me seated after I asked not to sit somewhere she still sat me there even though the restaurant was empty and all seats were available.

We came into town as we met some family. We had breakfast and man this place did not disappoint. The food was excellent and hot and fresh. I had a waffle and bacon and eggs and my other family member's got their favorites and were really satisfied after a great meal. The portions are big and we even got to take home what we couldnt eat so we could have it later. The service was excellent. Our waitress was so nice. She was there everytime we needed her and popped in even to check if we were happy and needed anything more. The atmosphere is great there. My father met another Vietnam veteran having breakfast and they talked as well. Just a wonderful little place with amazing service and great food and handicap ♿️ parking for my Father.

Oh wow! The bacon is on point! Love, love, loved the bacon. I thought this restaurant served Bear meat, boy was I glad they didn't. The chicken fried steak was good too
