If you’re not from the area, I suggest coming VERY early. Most of the locals work early morning shift so the donuts are made fresh at 4 am every day. Usually by 11-12 most of the donuts are already eaten, and by 12:30 there are no more so they usually close early. There are a LOT of donuts to choose from if you’re there very early. If you can, I suggest coming at 5 or 6 am if possible to get the selection that the locals usually see. I’ve traveled to lots of donut shops in the U.S. and these continue to be my absolute very favorite. The best flavors are the classics because they’ve been perfected over the years. Lovely, soft and delicious donuts for sure!
