The food was really good — the pizza came out hot and fresh and tasted great. There was also a cute cat outside, which honestly added to the experience and made it memorable.
Unfortunately, the service wasn’t great. When we asked to share a drink, the lady at the counter made a comment about us “only paying for one,” and it was rude and unfair to her company. It came off rude and unnecessary. At first she was smiling so we thought she was joking but then she persisted on saying no. The way it was said made the interaction uncomfortable and kind of put a damper on the visit. Me and my wife always share a drink at other places with no problem since we always drink the same drink.
The atmosphere inside felt pretty dark and it didn’t really feel very welcoming overall.
Good food, but the customer service and overall vibe could definitely be improved.

The place looks dirty and is dusty. They give you very small cups to drink out of, so we had three trips for refills during our meal. The pizza right out of the oven was not hot, cheese not melted. The pastrami sandwich had no mustard. The place was empty but I could not hear a song i played on the jukebox. Ornament superbowl helmets and mirror recently put on the wall were dusty. Wife said the ranch was good, but she later felt like she had food poisoning. It was the only thing she had that I didn't. I will not go back here.

I'm from Chicago, best pizza hands down and is now my go to place. I request extra cheese on top and extra crispy so the cheese is golden.

What a gem! New to the city and we just discovered V.I.P. Staff was amazing and attentive. Pizza was phenomenal! Had a pitcher and watched some hockey! Make sure to leave your pin on the map! Added one from Halifax N.S!

honestly I’m really picky with pizza and this place was a 10/10 .The perfect cheese pull and perfect temperature. Over all the atmosphere was DEVINE . Loved this place would definitely be coming here again !

I absolutely love this place! I dont live in the area anymore but I do not skip out on stopping by when I visit. They have amazing pizza! They're customer service is lovely and so glad this local jem is still around. Anyone whos from here has been here at least a hand full of times after baseball games and birthdays! I stop by during covid times and I was heartbroken and thought they were gone... but I am ecstatic to see they're up and running! This is truly a local go to pizza stop you will not regret. So anyone whos new to the area, this is a must!!

We had dinner at V.I.P. Pizza in Tulare and it was such a nice change from the big chains. The people here are incredibly friendly and clearly have a real passion for what they do. We had a great little chat with them — they were so kind and welcoming. The pizzas were delicious, made with a tasty homemade tomato sauce. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something more personal and authentic than the usual chain restaurants

Unsanitary they keep pizzas in cabinets and serve unfresh food that’s warmed up 0 gloves when making ,cutting or touching your pizza and there rude and have bad attitudes
Best pizza in the central valley period. They don't skimp on the toppings crispy bottom thick dough sauce is superb pepperoni and bacon is my go too. I drive from out of town to get this pizza. check it out you won't be disappointed!!!

Followed the google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Phoned in an order and received excellent service from Linda. She really cared that we got our order right. The large was enough for 3-4 people and the flavor was great. Very crispy and puffy crust, super thinly sliced pieces, generous toppings… very satisfied. We definitely felt we got good value here, better than any fast food place BY FAR. Thanks VIP!

Pizzas alright, but messed up my order. Ordered takeout for Friday. Asked for a pizza with half light sauce and got half a pizza with NO sauce. Since I drove 25 minutes from Visalia, I was not gonna be driving back for a new one. Waste of $36
