Freaking amazing coffee and drinks I am obsessed with coffee and this place first time here was so good we enjoyed our coffee and loved the atmosphere here. But can the owner move the headlamp in front of the menu it's a sore eye and can't even see the menu while you're in line or even in front of it

I got a hot latte, it came out pretty fast, and it was delicious. The one thing I wasn’t expecting was it to be so religious, and because I am not religious I don’t see myself hanging out here, though I may order a coffee to-go. But I am looking forward to trying other places in Tulare, and that there are so many coffee shops popping up!

I’ve been here several times and enjoy it, but my mobile order experience today was frustrating. The app said my order would be ready in 16 minutes. When I arrived, I walked up to the counter and let them know my name and that I had placed a mobile. The barista let me know they were working on it. A few moments later I saw an iced drink and oatmeal bar placed out — the bar had my name on it, so I assumed the drink was mine too.
The baristas were chatting and I didn’t want to interrupt so I grabbed the two preordered items. Then a staff member told me it wasn’t my drink. I apologized and returned it (I hadn’t sipped it, but I had placed a straw in). She threw it out and then turned to her coworker and said, “Can you get started on the mobile order”. I had ordered ahead specifically to avoid waiting — and they hadn’t even started it yet. I understand it’s a small business and perhaps they were busy with online orders but it does defeat the purpose of the app if they start your order after you arrive.
What made it worse was hearing multiple apologies given to the other customer letting them know that their drink had to be remade due to another customer taking their drink. I felt embarrassed, especially as I was the only other person physically there. I caused food waste and waste of another persons time unintentionally. I felt singled out.
Feedback: if there's a delay, just let the customer know. Maybe call out the customers name whose order is ready or give a time estimate on mobile orders? Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully, even if a mistake happens.

This is a lovely gem in Tulare CA. I ordered the Sweet Cream Coconut Cream Macchiato 😍 wow 100% better than Dunkin's! Did a side of Shy Guys Toast... 🤌🏽 Omg.. was doubtful but super satisfying! Will be making this my Go to Place (: Kid Friendly as well!
This place is a gem! The coffee was rich and smooth, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Friendly staff, and quick service. Definitely my new go-to coffee spot.

Came to this place on a whim and it didn’t disappoint! The staff is very kind and they make excellent drinks. The honey vanilla latte was delicious along with the Avocado toast! Very fast service as well. I will definitely be coming back!

Cute coffee spot! This was my first time here and I got the pistachio cold brew from a co-worker's recommendation. It was fantastic! Really nice, balanced and flavorful coffee with pistachio foam. I will definitely come back when I'm in Tulare for work. Can't wait to try something new.
