I had to pop in here a few times since I was stuck here for a few days over the Christmas holiday. Most of the time service was perfectly fine. But then I asked for an extra salad dressing.I'd made my order online and changed from the default Caeser dressing to ranch. When I got my order I asked for an extra ranch packet, like I've done at other locations with no problem.The guy told me it costs extra.If it costs extra, then why did you give me both the ranch I ordered and the Caesar dressing I didn't want with my order? Clearly it's not an issue if you're giving people dressings that they do NOT want with their salad.

Ridiculous wait times for only 2-3 customers. Always messing up my orders and forgetting to give me things I paid for. This review is for the few times I’ve been there. Wack.

Terribly slow when they weren't even busy 12 minutes to get a simple biggie bag. Then when I finally got it the fries tasted hard and old. Very disappointed

Jasmine had our whole order correct at first then she switched it as we paid. Adding onions & cheese to all the stuff we just ordered without. Giving us our drinks that looked as if someone had already drank some out of it & failing to make the large chili beans we ordered & instead filling the large up half way with mostly the chili bean juice & then adding some cheese & a bunch of raw onions still making it half of a large which would be a small. If I wanted half of a large order then I would have just ordered their small but I didn't, we also ordered our meals exactly the way we wanted them all & she failed to do that & just go by what she wanted to do; this was a complete rip off & we weren't the only people getting our order or food made messed up by her. They need to improve their customer service here & take her off of handling the orders & filling the chili beans & drinks. Sadly our order wasn't even warm or hot.Parking: It's located in a truck stop so there's plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid-friendly. Came here a few times & there's a woman employee who makes the customers feel very uncomfortable about bringing their kids here. This is supposed to be a truck stop, that means truckers with families also stop here as well but this woman clearly knows how to make everyone very uncomfortable & feel very unwelcome.

Every time I come here the wait time is nuts.My 3rd time here and the workers are rude and can't take an order.Also I'm in line waiting. No greeting or give us a min. They all walk by the register and give the customer a rude look like we're the problem.
Worst customer service. The manager should really step up his game instead of staring out the drive-through window.

Saturday July 1, 2023 I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. It is supposed to come with tomato cheese, fried onions and ghost pepper ranch sauce. The kid on the grill he had dark kinky hair and he was wearing a ball cap. He prepared my sandwich he didn't put any cheese or onions or sauce on my sandwich I talk to the manager but she had a pretty bad attitude as if to say she is not going to do anything to the kid that was on the grill that made the sandwich even though she took my sandwich and corrected all of his mistakes. I do not recommend anybody goes to Wendy's in Tulare California on Tulare Street across from blackbear restaurant. I give this Wendy's one star and they're lucky to even get out because the customer service is lousy and so is the food.

I like Wendy's alot. Their chili, french fries and frostys are my favorites. Their biggie bags are very filling and taste great too. The staff at this Wendy's are usually very friendly and easygoing and quick with the food which is almost always hot and to order.
