Went in at 10:57 pm (sign states they close at midnight) they refused to take our order and said she had already closed her till out (1 hour early) said if we wanted food to order online. We sat in the lobby to order and was continuously asked if we had placed it yet. I was ordering for a few of us so it was time consuming the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Then my husband went to try to wash his hands and they stated the restrooms were closed (again an hour early) I get it, I worked in fast food but if your advertising your open till a certain time you should not be closing an hour early. We ended up driving all the way to hanford and pickiny up there. Such a disappointing experience

It is so frustrating because we really like their food but the service sucks the employees are rude they put us on hold and and never come back and if you go to the store you have to wait forever we’ve been going there for about 5 years and it’s always the same they need a manager that cares because the food is great if you just only do it right

I can’t remember the last time I went in there and didn’t love the boneless wings. The fries are hit or miss, usually a miss. The homemade ranch is the best. Wingstop is a guilty pleasure for sure.

Would give zero stars. Cashier hated her job. Wings and fries were so over cooked we couldn’t eat. Honestly very disappointed as I am a previous employee and know the process, the chicken was recooked so many times I almost broke a tooth biting into it. Not even exaggerating. Was a complete waste of money! Horrible location!

Very rude the girl manager. I had went to the store to get a refund from an order and she refused to give it to us and it’s been over a month ago. You guys should hire new people who actually likes there jobs and not rude employees

Overall pretty disturbing restraunt. I don't know if it was today or if it's usually like this. Was very slow when I walked in around 2:30 pm. No customers except myself and my fiance, and the employees seemed like they had the life drained out of them. When I walked in I wasn't greeted with happiness, instead the lady who called herself Sarah walked up to the register and said "What do you want." The place smelled very weird, and was not very clean as you would think for it being such a slow day. I'm not sure if these employees are unhappy with their jobs, or if maybe they're being overworked. To further add to my point, not a single employee washed their hands nor were they wearing any gloves.
