Service is good. But this store is not franchised and you will not get ranch with your order and the ranch is over 3 dollars a per 2 oz cup. I find it wildly inconsiderate and overpriced. I called customer care because I felt I was being scammed. Go to other locations where ranch comes with wings and extras are no more than 1.50 and they don’t allow tips for their employees which is the only good thing they got going. I hope they get the acknowledgment and money they deserve

Got 18 wings -honey bbq and lemon pepper . All hard as a rock ,bbq barely had any sauce . The lady at the register was super sweet helpful welcoming . The older female behind her was not welcoming had a nasty attitude and was dressed sloppy with her pants sagging .

Online orders are filled AFTER in-store orders. The wait times are terrible and ALWAYS longer than what is displayed on the app/website. I had to cancel my order after going to the restaurant past the ‘ready time’. They were several orders behind and had not started my order. Refund takes a week and I had to go back to work without food :o(

The short girl with acne and glasses was terrible. We were waiting for 40 minutes for our food all she was doing was laughing with them men in the back, very unprofessional everyone was working but her. It was late all I wanted was my dinner for my family.

Called over the phone to place an order since my internet was not cooperating with me. The lady was very nice, she understood my order, repeated it back correctly. Answered all my questions. We arrived to pick up the order and we were greeted very nicely. You can see both gentleman working hard to get the orders out and they were double checking the tickets to ensure accuracy of the orders. We left and ate our food at home. Everything tasted fresh, the sandwiches were delicious. My favorite is the corn 😋😋😋, love wingstop ranch. We came in late around 10pm and the employees were working hard. Very pleased with my food and the way we were treated today. July 31sr 2025
