Overall pretty disturbing restraunt. I don't know if it was today or if it's usually like this. Was very slow when I walked in around 2:30 pm. No customers except myself and my fiance, and the employees seemed like they had the life drained out of them. When I walked in I wasn't greeted with happiness, instead the lady who called herself Sarah walked up to the register and said "What do you want." The place smelled very weird, and was not very clean as you would think for it being such a slow day. I'm not sure if these employees are unhappy with their jobs, or if maybe they're being overworked. To further add to my point, not a single employee washed their hands nor were they wearing any gloves. #NOTWorthTheWait

Do not come here. The workers here can’t even give you your order correctly after waiting half an hour. I order the Boneless Meal Deal and I didn’t even get the right amount of wings, right kinds of flavor, didn’t get my fries, or my sauces. They must have just threw something in a bag and called my name because nothing else prompted me to believe they even looked at what I ordered. I do not understand how this place is allowed to be open after numerous people have the same complaint/issue. Absolutely the worst WingStop I’ve ever been to. Do not come here, you’re better off going somewhere else like BWW or Canes because at least they can give you what you ordered and portions correctly.

I’m not sure if my food was burnt because they were rushing due to closing but .. don’t serve someone food you wouldn’t eat nor would feed to your own family this is foul. Want your food re-made or money back? Goodluck getting in touch with anybody they’ll ghost you & give you the rat race

First ever review and such a disappointing one. Ordered a 10 piece boneless deal. I’ve been to various wingstop locations and this is the worst chicken I’ve ever received. Each wing was dry and tiny, will never be coming back to this location. PLEASE don’t waste your money here.

This used to be my favorite WS but the quality has greatly deteriorated. There’s minimal seasoning, chicken is greasy, the fries are lukewarm, at best. I’m not going to keep paying these higher prices for poorer quality food.
I don’t think they cooked the wings or the fries long enough. There was no seasoning, just sauce. It was super bland. Fries were kind of soggy. They just need to cook it longer and season the wings instead of drowning it with sauce.

The employees at this restaurant are the worst when it comes to customer service. Food is ordered through their app and it says it takes roughly 16-21 minutes at most. In reality they take 30 if not almost an hour just to get it ready. This time I let them take their time only for them to say that my food is not in the system thus I can no longer receive my food and since there is no manager currently in the restaurant I can't receive a refund either. They told me to contact the corporate for a refund but the employees don't know the phone number as well. I was robbed by the restaurant and this will be my last time ordering here or any other Wingstop again. If I could give 0 stars I would if I could.

Waited over an hour to get my order after they told me it would be 20 minutes. As I am waiting I notice times is just going by & haven’t heard my name. I then see someone who ordered way after me sitting there eating . Than I go check to see if my order was ready because there was lots of bags that had been sitting & find out my order was one of those bags & they had never called my name at all. I checked my bag & there was no sauce . All my food was cold & my fry’s were also soggy. (Side not their drinks were all watered down)

They always skimp me on the fries, mess up my order constantly, my fries were soggy one time then the other time I got the littlest end of fries….mess up my sauces every time, I ordered a 8 wing combo they gave me 6…it’s like they aren’t even checking the orders at all! The one in Visalia never does this to me only Tulare location, I highly recommend the Visalia location guys! Don’t waste your money here.
