My first time there. The barista never asked if I wanted my drink hot or iced, even though it was cold and nighttime. Neither I nor the person I was with heard her clarify, but she brought me an iced drink anyway. When I asked for it hot, she was awkward about it. On top of that, she started closing early, lights off around 6:20 PM and asking us to leave by 6:30 PM, even though their website says they close at 7 PM. I was on a date and we were having good conversation, but the barista didn’t care. Overall, the customer service was poor and it hurt the experience.

Staff were really friendly and helpful for my first being there. Very cozy and comfy place to sit and relax on my lunch break. My Santa sugar cookie latte was so good and my sandwich was amazing I could had 2 of them. I’ll defiantly be going back again

I love coming to Alison’s for my midday pick me up. The drinks are always amazing and there’s always something for everyone! Whether you’re a matcha girly, some one who likes their sugar with a drop of coffee, or looking for a strong drink with amazing flavors, Alison’s got you! The service is always so great too. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with so many drink options to choose from. Every drink I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious!
