There was nothing good about this place. The food was awful. The lettuce was all black and mildew and rubber. A few good fries in the rest for crumbs. Pretty pathetic. I'll never go back. That was a perfect waste of money.

We'll go elsewhere next time... $60 for a family of 4 to eat & there were no leftovers (except for the cake & wierd soda in a bag). KFC isn't great at this location. My chicken-loving son (who will eat 8 pieces by himself sometimes) actually only ate 1 breast & said he didn't want anymore because it was mostly burnt breading. My other son only had fries because the biscuit was rock hard & he couldn't bite into it. When we went to the restrooms, the water was SCALDING hot (you can see steam coming from it). My 6yo was screaming because he couldn't keep his hands in the water long enough to get the soap off. Hubby took him into the Mens room & it was the same thing. We told an employee & she said she would tell a manager. We were there 30 minutes- it wasn't fixed & no one helped. He used the water at the soda machine because his little hands were BRIGHT red & hurt. Brought my son to urgent care & the Dr. agreed, any water from a faucet shouldn't have burnt his hands like that.

I've been a fan of A&W burgers since childhood. When I live about this restaurant is that it is also a KFC. WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET A PAPA BURGER WITH A SIDE OF MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY?!?!

Actually visited KFC in the same building. Nothing special to report....
As a kid A&W/KFC were both fast but quality, no longer true at least not at this one! The food was cold and made wrong, these photos are exactly as served, the cheese isn't even melted fresh off the grill, Sent back and still made wrong. The chicken was cold and was all breading. The place was filthy even the ceiling was stained, there were zero clean tables, we had to ask for a table to be cleaned and they wiped it with a dirty rag and left it soaking wet, we had to get napkins to wipe it off so we could sit. Overall, it was terrible and if my car wouldn't have been in the shop next door I would have left sooner. Save your money and time and skip this place.

This place brought me back to my childhood & the memories...I used to live in Washington (state),when I was younger & this gave me a nostalgic feeling...Food was great especially the french fries.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. The bread is dry the fries taste like they were cooked and left out overnight paid 21.70 for two bacon burger meals and it was horrible. I will never ever go again. In addition the faculty could use a good cleaning!!

Good place to eat as a family. We do take out because sometimes it's hard for the whole family to eat out because there is just a lot of us and we all come home at different times. So ordering online and picking up is a great service. Good staff at this place.
