This location is where my family first started with our love for Carl’s Jr but as of recently it has gone downhill. They are terrible when it comes to redeeming rewards and coupons. Also spotted roaches crawling out the drive through window. Because so frustrated I didn’t even place an order. Last time I come!!!

Had a $15 combo meal and was FRESH HOT FOOD thank you
On 12-7-2024, I ordered a Famous star combo with cheese and asked for no mayo, and no ketchup. When I got home the burger had no cheese, even though I paid the additional charge, and it had mayo on it which I had ordered it without mayo. I tried calling the store and no answer. The app as well would not work even though I do have an account. It's really not that hard to provide an accurate order especially when it's your most basic and popular burger. Even the tomato put in the burger was going bad. What kind of standards are being maintained at this location. This is very upsetting. My order number was 227050 and my cashier was Karla per the information provided on the receipt.

Ordered chicken strips and fries. Chicken was crispy however our fries were soaked in oil and limp. We couldn't do anything about it because we hopped back on the freeway.
