We just recently heard of this new restaurant.We had a to-go order of Carnitas, Buche, and Cueritos. We received tortillas, hot sauce, limes, jalapeños, and pickled red onion with our order. Everything tasted amazing.We picked up our order at closing time and it still tasted fresh. The customer service was amazing. This place is so, so good! Very authentic, at least from what I remember as a child in Mexico, watching and tasting the yummy pork softly boiling in a cauldron of lard. ☺️ Fresh tender sheets of cueritos come out first, then the buche, and finally the carnitas! THIS place is JUST like that- in taste -and I love it!!
