Visited this chili’s for the first time for my granddaughters birthday. Not sure what to expect, had a great server Perla she was very professional, sweet mannerisms, we did have issues with paying our bill with the little machine she kept up with our requests overall it was a pretty good experience.
Mediocre food at best. When they are busy, they don't care too much for customers. VERY expensive for what they offer. Also, it is the ONLY restaurant I've been to, in California, that they refuse to open your bottle of wine, even for a fee. This is bad business. They will keep on losing customers.

This location is doing really well... hitting most, if not all of the marks. The employees seem very friendly and helpful. The food tastes very good and the portion sizes are desent. I love that they have Coca-cola products (Instead of Pepsi). The restaurant can get pretty noisy during peak hours, but it's to be expected. I didn't like needing to shoo flies away from my food every few minutes, but I realize that flying insects are hard to control from sneaking into the restaurant whenever the door is opened. - Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.
