First time to this cold stone location. I haven't been to a cold stone since Happy Feet was in theaters. Really good really expensive ice cream.But wow the 1 star customer service. It started well; I placed my order, and she began to make it. Then she tells me she doesn't have the ingredients to finish. I would have changed my order had I been told that before she started mixing the ice cream. But since she had already started mixing I figured I'd be nice and just go with it.As soon as I hit no tip on the screen it was a 180 degree flip. She then refused to use my digital gift card. Wouldn't even try to scan it. I tip well, but I only tip in cash. I guess this cold stone will never know that.

Some ditzy blonde that works there asked if I want another single Kit Kat for a dollar more she scooped the most melted ice cream I’ve seen for me. It was 7 $ dollars of melted ice cream like place is ran by Neanderthals. Very low iq crew.

There are many choices of ice cream flavors and a lot of mix-ins from cookies & candy to nuts & sprinkles, fruit and all flavors of syrups! In addition to ice cream in cups or cones there are other goodies such as, drinks, milk shakes, ice cream cakes, ice cream sundaes and ice cream sandwiches.
