It is really a hit or a miss. and when they hit, it is the best ramen I have ever had (compared to the bay or la) but that is personal preference. Often times they mess up the orders, like completely wrong or mossing items or flavor is watered down. But I keep coming back because when it is good it is very good
This is by far the closest to authentic Japanese Ramen I have tasted here in the central valley and the presentation, ingredients and taste are all what you would expect in a Tonkotsu based Ramen. The place also emulates a traditional Japanese Ramen shop except the attendants are not Nihonjin.

I did ordered a miso Ramen, Crab Rangoon, and Spam Masubi, full meal were Amazing, great taste , generous portions, nice presentation, and good environment, Customer services was exceptional from beginning until the end. My favorite Authentic Ramen Place at Central Valley.
