2 orders messed up, 2 polite visits to try and resolve before leaving this review but Veronica was no help and made me feel as if it was our fault.0 stars for failing to protect this location from a negative review by just doing the right thing.Also, they constantly close early.

If you don’t specifically tell them well done for fries, expect them to be raw.Also, they don’t pay attention to any online orders so you sit in the drive thru, and they are obviously ALWAYS surprised when you two them. Getting tired of it. Waited 15 min in a drive through this morning.

Great food smashes all over Taco Bell but can't figure out why I always come to this location in Turlock and the dining room is always locked and can never stay and dine in and then when I go through the drive-thru and ask the lady she acted stupid and told me I didn't know the doors were locked which was a lie because when I went to the door and tried to get in I shaked vigorously and knocked intern and saw her look at me don't know what's going on there

This stores dining room is always closed employees claim it is because they are understaffed. The staff appears to be friendly and kind. It's ashame management chooses to run the store this way.

So I work as a supervisor in the mental health field. I took three clients out to eat dinner. Del Taco was closed for dine in but drive thru was open. I pulled up and explained my situation to the staff at Del Taco because each client needs an individualized receipt per regulations. Del Taco staff went above and beyond to facilitate this but did so with respect and grace. This was on 9/29/22 at around 5:15pm. I didn’t get their names but if you see this God bless you guys.

The food taste disgusting, might need to hire English speaking cashier I said no jalapeno well got them. The bathroom ? so gross ?.
Despite what it says on Google, I just tried to eat here in the dining area and the doors were locked. ☹ Del Taco: If your dining room is still closed during normal business hours, please update the information, so people don't drive all the way to your restaurant expecting to be able to dine-in and then find out that they can't because you're still locking your business doors during normal business hours.

Sometimes the cashiers are rude. The chicken always tastes gross. It almost tastes rancid. Everything else on the menu is just ok. Tolerable but avoid the chicken at all costs. And get the soft taco instead of crunchy. The crunchy taco shells taste stale. Or just go somewhere else.

I really love there snack wraps!!! (Ranch) and the (Habanero)!!! Chipotle one is ok.I haven’t ordered anything else because that my favorite thing on there menu right now!!!!

Very good customer service. The staff is very helpful. Everything I ordered was correct and made just the way I ordered it. I seen the funniest thing well I was eating this lady did not notice the signs that said dose not work and soda got on her purse and she tried to blame the employee and said the machine didn’t have a sign. When it Clearly did some people just like to show off and make people feel bad the employee apologized and gave her something to clean her purse but the lady was still rude about it.
