I can truly say after trying to eat the pizza if that's what you want to call it that we bought tonight from Domino's on Monti Vista we will never buy another pizza from them or any Domino's again. It's the worst even frozen pizza from the store is better than the garbage they sell. Sauce, fake cheese and eveything about it is not worth eating. Buy far the worst pizza we ever had. Bought 5 pizzas and what a waste of time and money. Would not feed it to my dog. Disgusting.

I ordered a few pizzas online today and I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in how understaffed they were this evening. I placed my order at 7:30pm and I didn’t receive my pizza until 8pm. I will say that my pizza was FRESH out of the oven when I received it (which was a GREAT THING). However, you could tell that they were completely UNDERSTAFFED. I will say that the young lady that was in there by herself, making sure that everyone was satisfied with their order before they left went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that no one left upset that they had to wait a little longer for their order. She only had one person in there with her to take care of the oven but as I watched her go between making the pizzas as well as anything else she needed for an order was PURE MAGIC!! I hope that I am spelling her name correctly because I will only order pizzas if she is on staff. Keomi please keep up the GREAT work!!

Worst customer service. If i could rate a zero i would. like just do your job . If you have the option for curbside pickup and thats what the CUSTOMER selected just go hand it over like its not so hard you never know the circumstances if someone has an injury and just not able to so . Mind yoy i ordered online they ask for color model of car ... I show up park right in front they see me there wait there for about 15 min they just hide in the back ridiculous.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Placed an order for delivery and was mistreated over the phone when I called to let them know I received the wrong order. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and continued to argue with me over their mistake.

They actually close an hour early from their posted time they will take your order and you’ll drive over to the store just for them to tell you they canceled it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

For the first time I experienced horrible customer service. We waited an hour for our pizza and when it finally got delivered we got the wrong order. We called back and it took 10 minutes to get a hold of someone. Once we were talking with them and told them that they delivered the wrong order, they became very rude. They told us that they were going to remake it and that we were gonna have to wait another 45 mins to an hour since people were in front of us. Just go pick it up from the store don't waste time ordering it online.
