Worst customer service. If i could rate a zero i would. like just do your job . If you have the option for curbside pickup and thats what the CUSTOMER selected just go hand it over like its not so hard you never know the circumstances if someone has an injury and just not able to so . Mind yoy i ordered online they ask for color model of car ... I show up park right in front they see me there wait there for about 15 min they just hide in the back ridiculous.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Normally a long wait deserves free pizza, but last time, they forgot to put my pizza in the oven until I arrived 30 minutes after I ordered it to pick it up. Then had to wait another 15 minutes, and instead of a free pizza, I got a lot of attitude from the manager! It was ridiculous!!! Never going back!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Placed an order for delivery and was mistreated over the phone when I called to let them know I received the wrong order. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and continued to argue with me over their mistake.

They actually close an hour early from their posted time they will take your order and you’ll drive over to the store just for them to tell you they canceled it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

For the first time I experienced horrible customer service. We waited an hour for our pizza and when it finally got delivered we got the wrong order. We called back and it took 10 minutes to get a hold of someone. Once we were talking with them and told them that they delivered the wrong order, they became very rude. They told us that they were going to remake it and that we were gonna have to wait another 45 mins to an hour since people were in front of us. Just go pick it up from the store don't waste time ordering it online.
I just ordered a pizza from here for delivery and for some reason the pizza delivery driver didn't like knock or anything they just left the pizza outside my door, so now I just wasted 30 dollars on cold pizza, it also looks like they just shook the box up and cut it in small squares for some reason, and then when I called they wouldn't give me a refund unless I drove it to them, despite ordering delivery so I took the replacement pizza, it took a while to get here because they made him take other orders first despite only being 6 mins away, so this seems like a pretty poorly managed store, the Delivery Driver was nice when he got to the door.

The lady that worked last night of 04/22/24 always has an attitude everytime my fiance pick up our order she is very rude and always in distress .... get some therapy bbygirl.... I used to work fast food it's not that hard to do your job and leave your personal life out of it. Food is usually fine other than that don't expect a welcoming atmosphere
