Love this place! The line always moves fast and the service is great. The staff was super helpful in making me a sugarfree drink that was actually delicious, which I really appreciated. Plus, they always play good music, so the vibe is fun even while waiting. Definitely one of my go to spots!

I went and got me a cold drink and a pastry and there was so much ice in my drink that I could not get my straw in it! There was a guy leaning out the window talking to a car for at least 10 minutes before I finally got to drive forward! I am very disappointed in my drink the flavor was good all that was great but all that ice I could not get a straw through it

Love the Large Americana with 3 pumps of Salted Caramel. Long lines but they go pretty quickly. Young servers who always seem to really enjoy their jobs. Wish this place was around when I was young and working.
Dont come here in a hurry you'll be waiting 20 minutes the walk up is a lot faster I'm stuck in the drive up. Didn't know coffee would take so long.

My daughter and I went after her Junior High Round-Up. The young lady who took our order started talking to my daughter and about how this is my daughter’s first year of Junior High. The young lady not only covered my daughter’s drink, had them put sprinkles in it and then had them write a message on the lid “Good luck in 7th Grade!”. It was the sweetest gesture and it made my daughter’s day! I didn’t get her name, but we will forever remember her kindness! 💜💜

I would not recommend this location! Its the worst location I've ever been to! They never make my drink correctly! For some reason they think they hazelnut goes in a golden eagle drink when thats not an ingredient for that drink at all! Ive had to go back SEVERAL times for them to correct THEIR mistake and they always act as if im in inconvenience! Worst customer service ever! The manager needs to be doing their job and making sure their employees are doing THEIR job as well! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I used to love this place but not this location! Go to the other one in town that has way better service all around!! So disappointed.... TURN DOWN THE DAMN MUSIC!!!!!!
And don't bother even responding to this review, if you actually cared about good customer service you wouldn't allow this happen so often and have an actual phone number to this specific location to call when things like this happen! Extremely shady that there isnt a number to call!
