It does not matter how LONG the line is they will stop just to talk to their friends. They took like 10 minutes with one person (friends). At one point the guy stopped taking orders to go call other workers, but not to help bring the line down but to talk with the friends. Then a girl came out and I thought to help bring the line down but it was actually to talk to the friend. I don't know how Dutchbros runs the staff but if you're on the clock shouldn't you be helping?

Quick service. The staff is friendly and the drinks are amazing. You can't go wrong with a single order here. I've never had a bad experience here. I must add a Dutch bros location at my Hogwarts school. The ambiance is a fun hip environment. I recommend.

I am so mad at this Dutch bros some girl working there called me ugly and gave me a green straw she is rude. If she continues to work there she should be nicer to people. I have been to that Dutch bros like 15 different times and they all have been nice except this girl. I will no longer be going to that Dutch bros.Also my drink tased awful and the girls in there need to be happy not bitches.

Very good service. Came here post-workout to try their new iced carmel protein latte, and it was great! Super quick and easy, as we went through the drive-thru. The girl who took our oder was very smiley and nice, which sadly is a rare experience nowadays. Overall, good vibes from here! 10/10

Second time trying this place and ordered a nitro infused cold brew…ya know the ones that comes out of a keg…or so I thought….this place serves it with ice so I ordered it without ice….they gave me a drink half full. They definitely lost me as a customer with this.

Who ever works drive through needs to help the window asap every time I come out here to visit to enjoy time out here this is the only Dutch bros that sucks and takes to long !!!!!!

The atmosphere is upbeat, however it's so loud the worker get easily distracted or not understanding what you are ordering. One occasions I order at the walk up window and I ordered 1 drink and 2 waters ... they took 25 minutes plus a young girl who ordered prior to me was still waiting as well. I watched them socialize and serve a huge group of people in minutes.... it was ridiculous and the excuse was they didn't hear the orders .... Other times you get girls that work the drive thru window with a stank attitudes or death stare like they have a problem unprovoked. I usually have great experiences at any dutch bros but this one need reevaluate how they run the business and professionalism.
