I love fire wings but my last experience.I must say was absolutely terrible. I ordered a six piece chicken strip meal and the chicken strips were extremely small, as small as a finger, for how much you pay, you would think You'd get normal size chicken strips. They changed their strips for sure, because when you broke it, open it Looked like fast food, chicken nuggets inside. It didn't look like real chicken. They were extremely salty! It was a bad experience. The cold slaw was is really bad as well. Doesnt tase fresh, it tastes really old so we threw that out. I didn't want to drive back, so I gave the food away. Definitely disappointment, not sure if I'll be going back.

We Ordered chicken wings with bone, and they gave us with out bone and we called them 2-3 times they didn’t answer, next day we called they were so rude, I hope there atmosphere gets better, and the manger Jessica was so rude.

I'm an Uber driver and I was there last Sunday to pickup an order and I have a problem with your employees that were working that night. Filled out your online contact form that night and I still haven't received an email or call from the manager. I need to speak to a manager ASAP

We had lunch today and the food was excellent as always. The floors were sticky, the drink machine was broken as usual, the ice machine does not work. The celery I received was mushy like it was old. Just a few things the manager needs to address.

The BBQ chicken tender sandwich and jalapeno poppers were delicious but the mac and cheese was a lot too creamy for my taste but that was it.

We had an order the 4th of July that would be ready for pick up at 4pm, my brother arrives for pick up right at 4 as instructed, but they were closed!! It was a really huge let down for our party and that there wasn’t any notice of that they’d be closed that early or simply not to accept our order in the first instance place! Very unacceptable and disappointing service after already spending hundreds of dollars for our order, and we expect to get a full refund for this unacceptable inconvenience and terrible customer service after all this trouble! And we won’t be using nor recommending Fire Wings for any future catering service if this is how their business runs. Very disappointing!! 😠👎

Everything was good to go except the side of mac and cheese container was very messy and packed in my bag as is. There was cheese sauce all over the container, I would think they would wipe that up before placing in the bag with the rest of my order. Very disappointing because it's messy and just bad presentation especially when wiping it would take 10 seconds or less.
Overall, the food was good. Wings, fries, and veggies sticks were good.
